My stylist was very friendly but I was disappointed with the cut and I ended up going somewhere else shortly after to get it re-done. I have thick wavy hair, which is not the easiest to cut and style. The second place I went to was definitely better.

Very friendly atmosphere all around. I have gotten my hair done here numerous times by Emily and could not be happier. Very well managed salon with upbeat personalities. I really enjoyed working with Krista the financial director as well! She is very professional and very welcoming.

I look forward to my appointment each time. Mickenzie does a wonderful job with my color and cut. She knows exactly what color and style looks best on me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I participated in a silent auction for a local charity event and won a spa package. I mistakenly thought the expiration date was the end of August. I called yesterday to ask if Rumors would honor the gift certificate and spoke to their Director of Marketing who said that the spa would not be able to honor the gift certificate. The Director of Marketing was fine with potentially losing a client for life and told me to have a nice day. As a marketing manager myself, I found her to be very unprofessional, rude and lacking in customer service.

I cannot believe that is their policy in this instance. Very disappointed

I have tried several Spas in there area, BUT, I am now a Rumors Girl. They are the most Courteous, Friendliness, Caring employees I have ever met.

They make you feel welcome & relaxed.

I just had a great experience and needed to share. Gina is a excellent massage therapist and I recent saw her for a facial. She gave me a wonder facial and I tried dermaplaining for the first time and it certainly won't be my last. She was welcoming caring and she is so ambitious. She was very knowledgeable and suggested products for my skin and gave me some great tips how to keep my skin glowing like it did before I left! You can tell she is inspired and loves her job. I would deff recommend seeing GINA.

My experiences at Rumors? The absolute best!
I have been a part of the "Rumors family", or a client, for about the last 16 years (2001). When I changed jobs, I needed an accommodation for my schedule & I tried Rumors. It was the best decision I made to have my hair & nails done at Rumors.
Rumors offers a complete line of salon services, too many to list here.
All employees are knowledgeable, experienced & professional. They exceed the "high bar" set. All of the employees contribute to make Rumors one of the top salons.
My "super star" employees are Amy & Nikki who do my hair ( and "on back up" ) are Danielle, Dale & Richard. Mandy & Sylvia are great "nail people" & my manicures last a good 3 weeks, no matter what I put my hands through. I also tried having individual eyelashes applied & Ailis applied them to perfection. I have tried a few different salons in the past & the stylists cannot compete with Rumors. They cannot blow dry my thick hair, especially in 30 minutes. One salon even charged me extra because my hair took longer to dry. I tried color with another stylist & my greys still showed. This is where training & experience come in.
I always get compliments on my color & highlights & know that when I leave the salon, I look gorgeous ( at least my hair & nails, etc). and yes, I am asked where my hair was done.
Rumors is probably one of the more expensive salons in this area but I have found only 1 other salon that I would compare Rumors to in terms of service & price. Rumors consistently delivers on quality for each service & that is the goal & commitment from everyone at Rumors.

Beautiful place with a lovely spa. It's very expensive though. Just for a color, highlights and trim is over $300 plus a tip. Staff is very attentive and when I walked in I was offered my coat to be taken and offered a drink. I had tea as I waited for my stylist. Great place but save your money!!! :)
