My kids love this place, and we can get food from the Boat House rill at the top of the hill of Funplex too. Plus there is also an ice cream store named Lickety Split right next to the Boat House Grill. Every thing is so delicious!!

We had a party at funplex for my niece and the customer service was the worse!! They tables were like being sat in the middle of a bee's nest between the ants and the bees we were not able to enjoy our time not to mention the staff was rushy and rude one example the staff came over 20minutes before the check out time and told us we need to leave the tables be cause they accidenly booked 2 parties at the same time so they requested that we leave early but our time was paid for so why do we have to end our party early because of funplex mistake?? I still dont understand. We asked for the manager to explain and he felt that giving us 10 tickets for the activities was fair enough. They ruined our party and made us very uncomfortable. I do not suggest investing your money or time into having a party at this place.

The mini golf is one of the best I've ever been to. My 9 year old has fun there and the prices aren't too terrible. Did 3 attractions and paid $26 for 1.25 hours

I use to go here all the time when I was younger and now that I have 2 kids of my own I have been bringing them for some fun. Although I would like to see some updating and fixing of activities, as the same things have been there since I went as a child. I would like to see better food served for parties the pizza was absolutely horrible. You have to spend money to make it. I think a little upkeep and clean up will help

Had two parties to attend in a two day period. Everywhere there was overflowing garbage cans, bees all over (2 people got stung). No one seemed to take responsibility for anything. These parties were not cheap and should have been given a partial refund

I just had my 9 year old son's birthday party here, it was PHENOMENAL!!
For over a week leading up to my son's party I must have called them at least 8 times (no exaggeration). The staff was super friendly and polite no matter how many annoying questions I asked them. The party was AMAZING! You are able to pick more than one package for the kids so I got the little ones 4 and under the junior party and all the rest of the kids I got the All Access pass and boy did they ENJOY it. I cannot even tell you which attraction the kids liked the best because they loved all of them. Especially the water wars lol! The pricing is comparable to other places in the area, but you get a waaay better deal. The party host (Shay was her name) was really really helpful, polite, and easy to work with!! Thank you to all the staff, I will be screaming recommendations from rooftop for years to come!!!!

Had my daughter's 8th Birthday party at Funplex today. The staff that was working was amazing! There were 2 young men who were coordinating the rides for a group of 8 over zealous girls and they did great. Rides were fun and the pavilion was nice. Allowed outside food for the adults and we're attentive throughout the one hour in the pavilion. Highly recommend.
