Last night the body guards threw my friend out and assaulted him for no reason and threatened to shoot aka "blast us". I will never return to this place the manager tess collins is pretty cool but the security for no reason assaulted my friend throwing him to the ground and trying to punch us in the face. I will be posting videos I have from last night and the professionalism that did not take place last night.

Mcgeary's is the place to go for a nice sit outside, or a nice shout inside for the Bills on Sunday's. Wings are tasty and there's a quiet dining room in the back for those who aren't into the bar scene.

Very warm and welcoming staff. Went during happy hour, they seem to have a lot of regulars. Open mic night as well on the day that I went (Thursday). It definitely qualifies as a pretty frequented Irish pub, and I plan to go back in the future.

Fun and casual pub in downtown Albany, right across from the Palace Theater. Comfortable atmosphere. Good food. Plenty of tap beers. Live music. One of my favorite places to go in Albany.

Beer selection was decent. Bartender lady was very good. The rest was very so so. There were 3 of us who got something to eat (1 burger and 2 veggie burgers) and no one would choose to eat there again. Not awful, but not good.
But the bartender was very good, as was one of the other staff. Be fine to sit at the bar and have a couple beers.
