The staff was attentive from the second I walked in, and pointed me to what I was looking for. The selection was great, and I bought multiple house plants. The counter attendant was exceptionally thoughtful to wrap my plants so they wouldn't get cold and possibly not last the walk home in the cold. She was also able to answer my questions about plant care with precision. Very, very impressed with the quality of both the both the merchandise and the service. Thanks ya'll.

I’ve gotten flowers from here a few times over the years. And let me just say, wow. I’m sure there’s some high maintenance soccer moms that Karen up reviews bc it’s Ephrata but this is the place. Whether it’s been for my girlfriend, my mom, or for an unexpected death, this Royers has exceeded expectations. Love this place

Always love this flower shop when I'm in town. Reasonably prices fresh cut flowers and bouquets. Flowers also last a long time once they are in your home.

Placed an order online easily, early in the morning. Received an email at 3:57pm stating my order was canceled and refunded. No explanation. I emailed to ask why it was canceled and not delivered and did not receive a response.

I really like Royers. They are one of the best flower arrangers around. I had them make up my head wreath for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and I still have it saved somewhere, which is 6 years later.

I had ordered the flowers for my wedding at Royers. The Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The florist helped pick out the perfect flowers and arrangement combinations.When the flowers arrived they were vibrant and fresh. I would highly recommend Royers Flowers. Overall A++

i went because i wanted to order wedding bouquet. nobody help me at first, and they told me someone will call me, and they called me after few days and they knew wedding is in a week. i would feel better of they told me immediately they can't do it, this way was extremely unprofessional.

Flowers were very nice but I ordered an $90 impressive arrangement for my wife's birthday. Roses and stargazer lillies. Not a single lily was open when my wife received them kinda disappointing due to the picture I was shown and what I expected her to receive all lillies in full bloom. It's been 4 days now a 3 lillies have bloomed 2 are starting to open and the other 6 are completely shut. I called in and was told that's how they come unfortunately I'd probably not go here again as the impressive arrangement wasn't very "impressive" when the flowers haven't bloomed.

By far the best Florist in Lancaster County! The flowers are beautiful and last longer than other florist in the area. I know this because after having surgery I received many flower arrangements (from several different florist). All the flowers were delivered about the same day. Some lasted days while Royer's lasted weeks, long after the others died. The staff is well organized and delivery is prompt. The prices are very reasonable. I have been using Royer's for many years and always am beyond pleased. The web site is a breeze to use also and you can order flowers the same day for delivery on line with ease just in case you forget someone's birthday or anniversary. I just love Royer's!!
