  Okay I've been twice the quality is poor and you shouldn't have teenagers in there braiding that don't want to do it. The girl was tired. It showed in her work. But the whole thing put together was not the quality I expected from braid shop. Also pay attention to the customer request if she ask for jumbo do jumbo don't try to talk them into nothing else. You all are polite I can say that I think that's what made me come again give you another chance. But up your quailty for everyone I seen the same chrochet braid done by the same person that did mine done on another customer hers was full and nice mine was not. But maybe she is a loyal customer and deserve better NO I DONT THINK SO. Thank you sooooo much and remember no credit cards just cash up front have a great day.

  Let me begin by saying "Don't waste your time"! My daughters and I were told to come in at 7 and they would get started on our hair. There was only 1 lady here and she kept calling to see if others would come in. Finally another lady arrived shortly after 8 and the rest of the ladies trickled in at various hours afterwards. I've been to this salon before and had high hopes of the same service. My younger daughter was finished first and wasn't so happy because it took so long. I finished at about 1:45 and went to get food. No sooner than I got 5 minutes down the street, I noticed my hair unraveling. I have Senegalese twists so apparently they weren't sealed properly. I decided to inspect all of my hair and discovered that there was hair left out at the nape of my neck. I told them when I came back in and she said that she will fix it. My oldest baby was still in the chair getting her hair done and I was then told to pay. I asked why are you requesting payment and we're not even done? The young lady just said can you please pay now again. I reluctantly obliged, even though we weren't finished, and was swiftly told cash only. There is nowhere posted that it's cash only, I wasn't told beforehand, and they have all of the credit card logos posted on the door. The lady that scheduled us then proceeded to lie and say that she told me over the phone. I booked the appointment days ago and there was nothing mentioned!! They told me to go to the atm and I asked that they call the other locations that they have to see if they can take my payment over the phone. They called the owner and she apologized and said that they are having issues with the credit card machine and authorized it to be used as a debit instead. I'm not crazy as I know that if the machine is down then you can't do either. Her husband called back and apologized and spoke with the ladies in what I believe was French. All I heard was raised voices. They handed the phone back to me and the owner's to be had changed. He was apologetic but a bit perturbed. He told me that he heard his wife gave me a discount already so he wanted to give me $20 off for the inconvenience. The $30 off was a discount that is posted in their website if you book 2 or more services over $150 on the same day. Did I mention that no one in the shop knew of the discount so the lady owner had to ok it?!! If you advertise something and I qualify, please don't act like you are doing me a favor by honoring it. Lastly, he agreed to take my credit card payment if I allowed one of the ladies to take a picture of my drivers license with their phone. I blew a gasket!! I told him that he was treating me as if I was a criminal as no other establishment requires a picture if my license to use my credit card which coincidentally has my wedding picture as the card design. I did not allow them to photograph it with someone's cell phone.They agreed to my original idea of calling one of his other salons and having them take my payment over the phone. I pulled a piece of paper out of my purse and wrote the authorization down and signed it and gave it to them if it was an issue. I was told to wait on them to fax the credit receipt to the business next door so I needed to wait. 5 minutes later apparently the owner called and said don't worry about it. Never again will I patronize any of their establishments and I implore you not to either.

  I really liked my braids and the stylist are good. Although the synthetic hair they use is very cheap and irritated(insanely ichy) my scalp so bad i had to take it out 2 days later. I called to see if i could possibly get it redone with better hair that i was going to buy myself but all was offered was a discount.. Very disappointed i spent $65.00 on 4 simple corn rows and had to take them out in just a couple days. I unfortunately would not recommend this place or go back.

  I'm a performer so I wanted something different! I entered the salon being greeted with professionalism and friendliness. I asked for a kinky twist Mohawk and Mary Bell hooked me up! Not only was the price affordable, but the process was quick. Mary Bell was such a great help and even gave me styling tips to switch things up with my new hair!!

  I made a appointment to get my hair braid the ladies greet me with respect. And they started braiding my hair this is my first time getting my hair done here. They ask me what size is would like my box braids. The building was clean and neat. I will be back. Thank you so much

  Loveline has been braiding my hair for at least 3 years. I keep returning for her services because she does an excellent job on my hair, she's cares about the health of my hair and has an awesome personality. Very professional and listens to the clients needs.

  This is the only place where I get my braids. They're quick and my braids last. I typically get senegalese twists or box braids. I've gotten braids done here at least 5 times. I'm satisfied with their services!

  I always go here to get my hair braided. They are fast and always do it the way I show them from any picture I give them. They have a lot of hair stylist so a appointment is not necessary. I recommend this salon to all my co-workers.
