Been here quite a bit and love having this theater locally, but I wish they prioritized maintenance more. It is a good place for an inexpensive movie, though the actual experience is usually lacking. Dim bulbs, AC hiccups, and busted speakers/sound issues are becoming more and more common and they will not refund.

Select arcade games and usual overpriced concessions available. Really hate that the popcorn is always cold though.

My review has been edited to reflect my more negative experiences over the years. Started at 4 🌟 but I am just getting fed up with the busted speakers and dim bulbs. I feel like I can't see or hear the movie. Certain local commercials before the movie are WAY TOO LOUD and never adjusted.

My wife and I went to watch Daddy's Home 2. The theater is okay but the food is just way too overpriced! $20 to get in and $26 for us to have 1 large popcorn 2 slushies and what was supposed to be a soft pretzel. It was so hard in spots that I couldn't even bite it. This is the only movie theatre we have in Dickson unfortunately.

Great movie theater, reminds me of a late 90's early 2000's theater. Clean and cozy. Reasonable prices and plays most of the current films

Cheaper than any of the other theaters from here to Nashville, and they have plenty of games outfront. Foods only so high because they wouldn't make money otherwise. Great place to take your kids.

The last time the hubby and I went the hand rails were sticky. We typically see afternoon movies since we have two kids. Our shoes were sticking tobthe floor, I had to wipe food out of the seats and all the rows were like that. They also didn't offer bottles water and most of what was in the display case was out of stock. Not sure who's running this place but they need to step up their game. This facility also needs a major remodel!

Friendly atmosphere for the kids and enjoyed my movie without any worries. Nobody was talking during the movie or on their phone, it was a good experience. Could use some remodeling to bring up the 2017 era, but my family enjoyed visiting this location.

The staff here is always friendly to us, concession is pretty good. Every movie theatre has expensive concessionI get it. The only reason I didn't give the Roxy a 5, is the women's restroom is usually dirty.

I was disappointed that the speakers had base rattle. Tough to watch an action movie with the added static. I think it was screen 5 in case the Roxy sees this and wants to repair. Otherwise, great popcorn and you can usually find low crowd times.

8 screen theatre in Dickson TN is what you'd expect from 2nd tier market theatre. Sound quality of movie was better than expected. Picture quality was good as well. Bought tickets online and staff had a hard time adjusting to an "online" order. Lots of arcade games, indoor hoop, and quarter-pool table make it a well rounded entertainment center.

Great theater. Needs better scheduling of movies. Great ones there a week and the kids movies seem to be there forever. Senior day is always packed. Usually can find some movie to make it worth your trip. Need to have more Adult movies with a story line. Not high school comedy.

Love this theater but the concession stand is lacking. Usually there are 3 it 4 people behind the counter and only one register open. As many movies as there is running they need to have all of them open. I get angry when I'm in line for a coke and I'm standing just behind the ticket booth! I mean when a coke costs you $5-6 you would think they would try to sell as many as possible! Guess from now on it will be a big purse with drinks and snacks! :(.
Update: Went to see a 7:00 movie, they had cancelled the 9 movie so employees could go home early. I've was all melted but they wanted to be safe. To many people waiting for concessions yet again. Backed up to the doors. They had a sign that late show was cancelled but nothing on the concessions so we went to get a seat then come back once it had thinned down. The concessions we closed 😣 and we were refused service! Gonna bring my own from now on!
