Wanted to go and see a late night movie at 8:30 and of course the mall closes at 6 on sundays so they normally leave the doors open for movie goers. The doors were locked when we came back for our movie and while we waited outside and called both the movie theatre and the security desk, neither of them answered, even though I saw them looking at us through the window. When we finally got ahold of the theatre to tell them what happened, they refused to let us in to the movies and said that we would have to come back and get our refund at a later date. They didn’t call the security department for us to see if they could let us in, they just ignored the problem instead of fixing it. The general manager did not seem like she cared at all about what happened to us and was very short when she spoke, thinking we were just trying to get free stuff. I have never been to an amc theatre with such poor management and customer service because normally we don’t have problems. Don’t waste your time if your movie is after 5 in the afternoon. Just go down the road to regal where they actually care

Never have given a store 5 stars. Take this as an extreme compliment. The location is always clean. Movie selection and times are very good. Prices are extremely affordable, and staff always treats the patron with respect and kindness. The popcorn and such is delicious at a good price.

Very rude. Bought tickets online and wouldn't honor the purchase. Wouldn't give me a refund in store because it was 4:36 and the movie started at 4:35. Instead had to call the AMC helpline. After waiting 20 minutes, they finally got to me and gave me a refund that will hit in 3-10 business days. Had many issues in the past. Nearly every time. Go to the Greatest Escape. Much better theater and staff.

My husband and i go here at least once a week. Cheapest theater around! Still a little pricey though, unless you become a member for $15 a year. You get lots of points when buying stuff which result in free stuff, like popcorn and drinks! The workers are extremely nice as well! Only thing i dont like is how cold the theaters are. I look silly bringing a jacket in there with how hot the weather has been.

My husband accidentally left his wallet there last night. He called to let them know today. He called me to tell me they'd found some of the contents of his wallet. This was @ approx 12:40 pm. They're going to let him in to look for it @ 1:00 when they open. REALLY?!!!!! Here's an idea,let him in NOW,lock the doors behind him, & let him look. WOW!!!!
The 1st tub of popcorn my family & I had was super salty,stale & nasty as we got towards the middle of our tub. This was @ a 6:40 pm movie
I went to get a refill & it was fresh like I expected but I also expected the 1st tub to be a LOT better.
We wanted Sprite to drink. Each one I chose,Reg Sprite,Sprite Zero,were unavailable. I guess I'm done with my rant now.response / report this review -

The movie was suppose to start at at 9:50. We sat in the dark and then listened to depressing music till 10:15. Then they played half the movie and restarted it once realised. 3 stars for the food. Sound quality was okay. I would give this place another shot though.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Tonight we went to see the 7pm showing of despicable me 3 well the entire room thought so. Me and another lady get up to run to tell them they were actually playing Transformers in a room with children. Well turns out it was happening with other showings but not a single member of their management team came to update anyone and the manager was being a jerk about returning tickets. This was our first time going to this location and will never go back!

Well me and my girlfriend went to this theatre today for the first time . worst experience I ever had. I got ate up by bugs. I kept feeling bugs crawling on me. I got up and walked out. When I asked to speak to a manager he was very unhelpful and did not care that room had bugs and my experience was ruined. Then I could not even get my money back because I threw the other half of my ticket away. I would not even give this place 1 star. Beware when you go to this theatre. I will never return !!!

What has happened to this place? I remember when it looked clean and tidy after a minor upgrade in the decor. Now it just looks filthy. The urinals in the bathroom look like they haven't been cleaned since the place was built. The accent lighting near the floor in the theater room I was in was damaged and the wires were dangling loose from the wall. The movie I watched had horrible sound quality and the film actually froze in the middle of the show. I just left there shaking my head trying to figure out why someone would let their business get that bad.

The bathrooms looked like something you would find in an abandoned building. Filthy floors and low lit. The seating in theater one was mostly flat and though we went to see XXX Xander Cage, the theater was is the state I would expect to just see a xxx rated movie. Filthy all the seats had crusty dry something on them. We moved 3 times, I didn't drive there myself or I would have left before the movie started. Will never go back again, it less the 50 cents cheaper then the other theater in town that is super clean. I will never step foot in there again.
