Kellie was great in my out of state registration transfer. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Untrained staff, Ms. Melila was not able to register my vehicle because she doubted my active duty service, even though I provided current LES, and current active duty Orders, she didn't knew how to properly read the orders or open to learn how to read them. Also, I have used the same orders for my past 3 vehicles with no issues. This was the must undermining and aggravating customer service experience I have had in my 8yrs of Active duty service.. This is the type of employee I would not want to be working for me.

Never thought I could love (or even like!) A DMV.these people got it right. Great customer service and not the normal hassle of a DMV.
