Try to avoid weekend afternoons, especially during the holiday season, as traffic will back up on McKnight road as well as exiting the mall. The mall itself is clean and vibrant; unlike other malls in the area, there are no empty storefronts. The few restrooms available are all relatively small. The shops trend upscale but there are lower cost options such as Sears and Penney’s as well.
Best mall in Pittsburgh! Nice stores (usual ones and some high-end ones). Lots of parking. Food choices aren't bad either.
It is apparently new policy to harass people of color about wearing sweatshirts with hoods. I'm absolutely disgusted by how a woman and her daughters were escorted out and victimized for having a hooded sweatshirt on IN NOVEMBER. I also find it funny that there is no "Policy" listed on their website regarding hooded sweatshirts.
This is a nice mall. Everything is well maintained and there are a ton of different stores to chose from! They have a nice food court and place place for kids. Also there is always a ton of parking spaces available!
Great mall. Wide variety of stores. Well lit and you always see janitors cleaning throughout the mall food court has a wide mix of everything from Panera Charlie's Steak Subs and Chick-fil-a to Dairy queen and Villa Pizza. Parking is nuts on the weekend but that's just a sign of a busy tourist mall. Keep up the awesome work.
A great place to shopit has a play area for kids if you're not worried about germs, enough public restrooms, and some of the stores they have areas that are more private for breastfeeding, my favorite part is that there is an LL Bean store there, and if it's way too hot or too cold and rainy, it's a good place to walk and get exercise.
Absolutely gorgeous mall! Marble floors, beautiful layout. Many great stores to choose from with a great selection of items. It's a ten.
Super high-end. I feel very-poor here instead of just regular-poor. All the most exclusive shops.
I always bring visitors for shopping at this mall, and it hasn't let me down. Ross Park Mall has a great variety of stores and a decent food court - there's a Cheesecake Factory in its out front. During busy times of the year you need to get there very early to get a good parking spot, otherwise you will end up driving for hours until you find something.
This is one of the best malls I have ever visited. Some of the best retailers are available under one roof. Thanksgiving shopping experience here was particularly useful
Wonderful experience at this mall. It's a big place, but never feels empty like some malls who have lost their popularity. Great place to shop, or browse, or even just hang out with friends.
It's a rarity - a mall that's still mostly thriving. Lots of stores and usually draws a crowd on weekends. Nice play area for the kids.
5 of the same cellphone repair places all by each other, lack of variety. There is a local soap shop near Verizon that is pretty nice thought. The only unique cart in the mall. It's called Natural addictionz
Clean mall. Has stores unique to my area so it's nice to drive to this mall occasionally. Although it attempts to attract a higher end crowd with luxury stores like Louis Vuitton, it doesn't really give a high end impression. Overall decent.
Decent Simon mall with near full tenancy. This mall attempts to attract high-end stores and project a high-end impression but also offers fast fashion stores, and mid-range stores like American Eagle. Also has a pretty good food court.
