Many, many shops to choose from. Discounts can be gotten for teachers, but why not for other professionals such as nurses??
This is a strip mall so it is difficult to shop here in frigid weather. However, it is a fun place to shop in good weather. Some great deals can be found at Coach, Reebok, Carter's, and other stores. There are some good restaurants there also.response / report this review -

I can't get enough of this place!
Shop till you drop! 4 hours here & we didn't even visit half of the stores here!
I love the discounts! I live a hour away but would rather drive that hour & shop here than go to my local mall!
Unbelievable amount of stores to visit, places to eat & plenty of parking! (Just remember where you parked!)response / report this review -

AMAZING! I love shopping there and not to mention on Black Friday, it is the shopping central. A special part for the donut shop. Amazing flavors and they make them warm and fresh. Although not ideal regarding the location because it usually cold in Youngstown so you mostly likely will have to walk in the cold.

Great outlet and great place to find almost everything you can think of.
There are always specials and offers and it’s really good quality stuff.

This as a store that provides the "BEST" customer service.
All of the sales consultants-Jennifer, Jean and Debbie are
fantastic and very driven to find the best bra for each customer.
Bra fits are an especially good thing that can take some of the guesswork

I love the layout of this outlet mall. It would be a great place to just walk around if you can resist the temptation to shop! Most of the stores have average prices but everyone was very friendly.

We literally weaved through the entire plaza and managed to go thrrough most of it in one day.
Be sure to buy the shopping passport for $10 because you'll save around 20-30% extra on top of whatever sale there is in participating stores. My CK wallet came out to be $31!!!
Everyone who works at pretty much every store i went to was super nice and friendly.
This is by far my fave place to go shopping in the US. The parking is always full but usually there is space closer to Adidas.
There are plenty of vending machines if you need a drink and benches to rest.response / report this review -

This is a nice location to visit. There is a decent range of stores, although there are some stores that are a bit limited in their appeal. The location is well maintained, and is pleasant. The food choices are a little bit limited, but there places to eat close by. If you are a smart shopper, you can find some great deals. All in all, a good place to visit.

This is a really nice place to visit, with a wide selection of stores. It's easy to get to and fun to shop around. The food court has a decent selection for fast-food, but I'd recommend heading to one of the restaurants in the area. I've found some pretty sweet deals, but some stores you'll end up paying the same or more as its non-outlet counterpart.

Pretty good selection of stores. Be careful, some of the stores sell "made for outlets" products that are less expensive but also of lesser quality than the products the companies make for regular retail. Make sure you know what things cost at regular stores so that you know what's really a good deal. If you have a current AAA membership card, stop by the customer service desk near the food court before you shop to pick up a free to you ($5 without AAA) brochure that you can use to get additional deals at many of the stores.

This mall is huge but it's all outdoors so would be very cold in winter. They have every store that you could possibly want but my favourite is Vanity Fair Outlet store as we don't have them in Canada. There is no tax in Pennsylvania on clothes and shoes so you save there. Plan to spend at least 4 - 6 hours there to hit every store.

Good variety of places to shop. Shops are very much in harmony with each other with premium discounts dispensed from each location. Staff is very approachable. Not the easiest to navigate in terms of parking.

Beautiful outlet mall to shop at. Tons of amazing name brand stores, with many wonderful associates to help you find just what you were looking for. Fantastic restaurants near by. Over all a fun shopping experience.

Great place for shopping! Spent a whole day here. They have lots of good deals and stuff that you can't find in other stores any more. Food is pricey but they have lots of stores to shop at. I went to shop and ended up shopping at stores I have never even shopped at. Great place to get a lot of good deals on good brand clothes. Great selection of stores. Definite good shopping spot!
