Outlet center is nice and clean, however the selection of stores and restaurants is minimal. There are bargains to be found; it just depends on what you are looking to find.

We were very happy to see a bookstore at Tanger. A card store would be another great addition. You have a nice selection of stores and a pleasant atmosphere to shop in. The clerks in each store we visited were quite helpful and courteous.

We go to this outlet quite frequently, even if its for window shopping. The staff are super courteous and helpful.
Meg especially has been very helpful in the past when I had an issue. She's gone out of the way to assist.
I highly recommend going to this outlet.

Tanger outlets in Washington, PA are a pleasant place to shop. Well maintained, the physical layout and decor is cheerful and easily navigated. In the stores I shopped, the employees were friendly and helpful. I also stopped by the customer service desk in the food court. The representative that assisted me was friendly and offered several suggestions for shopping after we chatted briefly. In our hectic world, where shopping online is easy, Tanger Outlets makes shopping a fun and easy excursion.

I had a fairly successful trip to Tanger Outlets. I purchased 2 pairs of pants, a sweater, and a dress for myself and one for my daughter. I had hoped to find more Fall options, but perhaps it was too early in the season. My previous shopping trips here have been more productive.

I love this outlet! Well kept, clean, the shopper/quest services are very helpful and friendly. All great stores with good deals that are run from time to time.
The only two downfalls are in the kids entertainment area, the quarter powered kids rides need to be checked and maintenance more often. Also, as a tanger member they use to have kids "carts" to rent and they no longer do.response / report this review -

It is really great to have a Tanger Outlet in our hometown! The shops are really fantastic, and it is a lovely experience to even just stroll along the walkways. Tanger builds a very nice property and I really enjoy going there. The only complaint I have is that there are no "sit down" or more up-scale restaurants at the mall. I believe that adding a few of these venues would definitely make the Mall even more popular. The fast food in the food court is okay, but a real sit-down experience would add so much. BTW, just as an aside, the bathrooms are the nicest in the area!

We live close enough to this outlet mall that I go there regularly for general shopping. I'm very pleased with the selection of stores they have. I can't say I shop in every one, but I am able to find what I am looking for more often than not. It is not the largest outlet mall in the area, but it has what it needed to cover a variety of sizes, styles, and brands. The parking lot is large enough to accommodate a large crowd and still get you close enough to the stores without a ton of walking. I am a member of the Tanger Club, and have been for years now, and that has been a great choice for me. I get coupons, sale notices, birthday gifts, and other benefits that have made the joining of the club well worth it. I highly recommend this shopping center to anyone that will be in the area.

Had a nice time at the Outlet. Love the store selections. Got some great deals too! I wasn't able to use too many coupons from the coupon book, due to items were on sale or there were restrictions so in my opinion I wouldnt buy the book for the $5 for non Tanger members. I happen to be a member so my book was free. Would have been nice if I could have used more coupons though.

I love this Tanger! Great stores to choose from. Top customer service reps. Easy to find even if you go off your route to do a little shopping. Rewards program is a bonus. The bathrooms are clean, private and accommodating for families.

Went to get a $10 earth day gift card and they told me that I could not get a card because my daughter got one and it's only one per household. The lady at the desk said read the fine print. Then she was like here u can have a book. Do you think I want to shop at that outlet after that nasty treatment. Read the fine print and you can have a book. I'm sorry but we both have the club so we both should have been entitled to the gift card. Then the other associate that took care of my daughter told her she needs to move out. I don't appreciate this treatment at all. So I did what any normal person would do. I got in my car and left. I took my business elsewhere.

Excellent outlet mall with a very large variety of products at different price points. Every time I have visited, the stores have not been overcrowded. In my experience the shops have been best suited for finding business/work clothing.

Great little shops. Free strollers and wheelchairs. Not true outlets because they are still a little pricey. BUT They have pretty decent sales. Coupons are available but the items can't be on sale or on clearance so they don't help a lot. Super clean everywhereespecially the bathrooms.
