I went to make a quick run to Boscov's to pick up bathroom floor mats. Found them easily at a great price! We purchased a new sectional sofa there on Wednesdaygreat price here, too. Salesman was super helpful and friendly. This store is great!! It seems like they have everything I need for the best price!

New store, Windsor, figured we'd give it a try. A little over four weeks ago, my sister ordered a dress for prom. They placed the order cause they had the dress and her size and all that jazz. Was supposed to be here in 7-10 business days. Then we find out today that they never had the dress to begin with. Why the hell would you sell a dress to a girl if you don't have it? We already had all of the accessories and the date had matching colors. And now we have to scramble to get something. Only reason you guys get a star is because you're giving her a refund. Other than that you guys suck.

Most of the time clean with lots of different vendors changing at different seasons. The main stores always carry a wide variety of new apparel and accessories. Food court was a nice addition with several different styles of food. Kid friendly especially around the holidays. The only downside is parking can be a pester. Family always loves going to the mall, who doesn't like shopping. If you do find yourself there make sure to check out Jewelry Planet, Khan is very friendly and offers best Gold and Charms around. Happy Shopping

The mall is one of my favorite parts about Erie as there is a pretty big variety of stores ranging from skate shops to vitamin stores to eyebrow hair remover services. It's a really nice building/facility and I like the layout of it. Everything is modern and up to date(at least to my standards), and is definitely one of Erie's better public features.

Very clean indoor shopping experience. The large department stores anchoring the mall help guide you through a wide variety of smaller and local shops and vendors. This is not only for shopping but a fun and busy place just to hang out and relax. The wide variety of food makes it convenient for a long day with family or friends.

Staple of the Erie community. Has always adjusted to the culture of Erie Well. Wish they offered Pho or more exotic food choices. I don't know if it needs as many jewelry and clothing stores. I don't know of anything exciting there.

Ate at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. Great menu, and they cook with real wood logs on the grill. The wood smoke reminds me of camping out, and eating in front of a bonfire.

While it's not as good as it used to be, it still hangs in there. They are losing stores, sure, but they still seem to keep quite a few going compared to other malls that just disappear. The surrounding area is almost entirely food establishments (maybe that's why). Clean place with a good layout. Traffic control could be better but not bad.

While most malls in the US are shutting their doors, this one is thriving! It is clean, modern, and they have a great variety of stores and restaurants inside and outside/around the mall complex.

Bon Ton. Found some really classy shoes that I love. Also found the Erie-apparel items I've been looking for. Picked up a couple bargain deals too upstairs.

The variety of stores and constant remodeling is very appealing. The layout of this mall is very easy to traverse and their are wheelchairs and strollers available for rent

Variety of stores located at the mall area. Sporting goods, crafts, home goods. Plenty of choices to dine out. Parking lot needs some work. Ample parking just be careful in winter as the company that plows does not watch for others.

This place is clean. Erie just has stores coming and going so that's how it is in the mall. This mall is pretty small compared to most I've been in. They did some upgrades and added a food court which is nice.

It's a mall, I'll give it that. Probably the biggest in the area. But for me, being from out of town, its a kinda dinky mall. One thing positive I can give it is the playground they have for the younger kids. My 2 year old loves it!

I will rate this mall 2 stars, I rate it as 2 for a few reasons, 1. This mall is in my hometown, it's nice to have a mall, don't get me wrong, but it's sort of a boring mall, a lot of clothing stores are mostly for children- younger adults in their twenties, and they need more afforable accessory stores and less jewelry stores i feel like we have 7 jewelry stores and it's ridiculous, why so many?! We need more entertainment in our mall. 2. I don't like the food court, now the food court is actually clean, but I don't like the set up of the food court whatsoever. 3. The pet store, the pet store in the mall (Heartland Pets) gets it's puppies from puppy mills, this pet store has been here for maybe over 20 years now, it's filthy and disgusting, these poor dogs are stuck in cages and some people think it's actually "cute"?! No, it's sad. This place needs to go away, what also makes it more disgusting is that it's right next to the food court, eating in the food court while smelling pee from the pet store will make you gag, when I pass the pet store that's what I smell pee. these puppies pee in their cages, they sit in their pee and they lay in their pee, never support heartland pets, whatever the staff tell you they lie to you about! I can't blame this whole thing on the other stores here, I try to only buy stuff here when I need to and since this is the only mall in Erie.
