This is definitely my go-to jeweler for sure!! Everything is of the highest quality, very nice selection, beautiful atmosphere & the sales staff is always pleasant, helpful & no pressure tactics!! I'm always pleased with my experience there!!

Ross Elliot is the best. I have been a customer for many years. Lee has been taking care of my jewelry needs and is wonderful to work with. Overall, though, everyone there is friendly and helpful without pressure. They just want what is best for you.

Ross Elliott repairs jewelry that I bought years ago from other jewelry stores that sell way less quality products, and they come out better than before. I have only bought jewelry from Ross Elliott for years now, and I have never had a problem with anything that I have bought there yet. They absolutely sell way higher quality products than other jewelry stores, and they are the only jewelry store that I purchase from. Their customer service is great.

I've now purchased my fiance's engagement ring, wedding band, and my own wedding band from Ross Elliott's over the last year. I couldn't be happier with my purchases. The staff and expertise at Ross Elliott's are great. They offer a no hassle experience that focuses on budgets and needs rather than a continuous push to sell you the most expensive item in the store. It was a breath of fresh air after visiting other jeweler's. After having such a great experience purchasing the engagement ring, my fiance' and I flew back from San Diego to purchase my wedding band as well. I highly recommend Ross Elliott Jewelers.

Steve at Ross Elliott's is amazing to work with and very timely with responding to any questions, concerns, or needs that you may have while designing jewelry or making a purchase. He listens and follows through with requests and makes sure that your needs are met. I would highly recommend asking for Steve because he gives honest feedback and ensures that his customer is happy!! Thanks Steve for all your help!

Absolutely amazing experience using Ross Elliot Jewelers! Jerry Hill not only helped us get our custom wedding ring to match my fiancés engagement ring but also was able to get it super fast when we realized we had our engagement photos before the ring would be ready. Yikes! Thanks Jerry! You really took wonderful care of us. We will be back for sure!

I have taken two box chains to them and they have been so good to fix them for me. I really thought they might not be able to fix them but they did. I can't even tell where they fixed them at. The chains were not even ones I had bought from them. Quality fix/quality work. The salesman was not pushy but also mentioned to me, which I didn't even know, that they guarantee their chains for life and will replace with new if ever they should break. I will be buying my next chain from them. I highly recommend them!

They provided the ultimate in customer service experience. I literally spent hours with them looking for the perfect diamond for an engagement ring. They helped me pick the perfect diamond at an excellent price. Long story short, She said yes and was blown away by the ring.
When it came to picking out our wedding bands, of course we used Ross Elliott again. Bill had a custom designed ring made for me that far exceeded my expectations. The weight of the ring was great, and the design came out just as I had envisioned.
If you're looking for jewelry, I highly recommend at least stopping by Ross Elliott. Tell them what you're looking for and your budget and they'll do everything they can for you. I never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision, and Bill spent literally hours teaching me about diamonds and showing me different options.
