  Best selection of specialty cards like for in-laws or nieces and nephews. They have a rewards program and great gifts if you need something in a pinch.

  I am very upset as I write this. I had put my name on the wait list at Rosie's Hallmark for Elsa and Olaf ornaments in early July and called today 10/14, as to the status only to be told they called me on 10/9 and said my number was disconnected. Verifying my number that has been the same for the last 20 years---and is listed inn the phone directory--they had written the number down incorrectly
  writing the last digit as 9 instead of 5. Though it was their mistake, their attitude was too bad so sad. We don't have anymore Olafwe only got a limited number. No effort was made to check the directory and verify if the number was right. Their mistake, my grandchildren lose. I have worked in customer service most of my working life and know this is not how to handle this situation. Called Hallmark Corporate and they said that Rosie's is a franchise so there is nothing they can doSupposedly the store manager will call me first thing in the morning.not too confident that this will resolve any more satisfactorilyWill amend this if it does
