Had a top-notch experience here. Service was fast (it was 1pm on a Friday, which probably helped). I ordered the Platinum package for $25. My car came out clean, wheels looked good, and interior was well-vacuumed. Nice job Marcos. I'll be back in the future.

In the last two weeks, my daughter and I have visited Marco's Car Wash, about a week apart. The sides of her doors were not cleaned at all, and there were water spots all over the chrome parts of her car, indicating it wasn't wiped down there. I took my car in today and when I got home, all the chrome had water spots as well. I've heard complaints from friends in the last few months who have had similar experiences. I will try alternative car washes in the future. I tried to send a comment on Marco's web site but kept getting, "Oops, there was an error sending your message. Please try again later." After about ten tries, I realized it wasn't going to work. I'm not sure this site will work, either. Thanks for reading.

I had nothing but great experiences until today. After getting my car washed my automatic driver mirror made a squeaky noise that was not there prior to the wash. I informed Grazi, the manager, who consulted Bob, a mechanic, who stated that the now broken frame of my mirror was due to my car being hit since it had scuff mark (the mark was there when my car was working fine.) I then asked to review the video which showed my mirrors being outward prior to entering the wash. However, upon exiting the wash my driver mirror was inward while the passenger was still outward. Grazi was set on the wash being made of cloth so it could not have done anything to damage my car when it in fact damaged my car. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN USING THIS ESTABLISHMENT AS MANAGEMENT DOES NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP WHEN YOUR VEHICLE IS DAMAGED ON THEIR PROPERTY EVEN WITH PROOF.

I was reading some of the reviews and found myself a bit upset. We absolutely love Marco's and I am going to believe that many others do to from the long lines of people patiently waiting on a sunny Saturday. The owner and staff are very nice and I haven't found a better full service car wash anywhere. While I understand that everyone else might not always feel the same way I think some of the negative reviews are undeserved. Marco's clearly states that the last wash is 15 minutes before closing and any full service car wash would take 20 mins on the short side, so this is not an unreasonable request. I wouldn't go to the gym for an hour workout 15 mins before they close? As for the owner, I feel he's more then generousI have seen him rewash cars without the car owner even requesting it on a number of occasions when he felt the quality was not to his expectation. If you only wash your car once every 3 months or so you should probably lower your expectations on how clean your car will be after a $20 wash or maybe look into the detailing options. I know that for regular customers who come every week or two he goes above and beyond to make sure the car is cleaned to their satisfaction. I would highly recommend Marco's Car Wash and also recommend you go at a reasonable time to have your car wash completed before they close..

Best Car Wash in Town. I take all our vehicles here and I leave happy every time and we live 20 minutes away. The crew that takes your car after the auto-wash works very hard to make sure every part of the car is clean and dry. The staff at every step makes for a solid experience start to finish. The platinum wash is worth every penny.

I have been there 3 times. The first time, I was charged extra because I had a van. The next time, the owner did not even smile at me when I was paying and now the third time just recently. I parked me car under a tree at work and the birds basically bombed the top and one side of the car. I went there and paid for the deluxe car wash. They told me since I had bird poop on my car, it would be an additionaly $5. I paid it . I don't understand why a deluxe car wash would not have removed the bird poop unless I paid an extra 5 dollars. I will not be a return customer.

Phone and front desk service was terrific! I went in for an oil change and basic wash. The guys washing the car didn't even speak. In fact, I almost changed my mind when I pulled onto the lot. One employee stared at me like I stole something. The oil change seemed to go well. It was done quickly. The basic wash was, well, basic. No complaints, but I don't have a strong compliment either.

In my experience Marco's is the best car wash in Winston Salem. It's a busy place and you might have a wait, but guess why? Quality. The owner is a hands-on guy whom I see there often. I've not been to them all, but Marco's is the most consistent and trustworthy so far. I would definitely avoid Magnum Car Wash. The quality and value at Magnum was good, but I experienced a theft issue there twice and management was very dismissive and irresponsible both times. Go to Marco's for a sure win win.
