Great people! Lisa (Lesa?) was awsome! No pressure and plenty of help. It was 96 outside and she walked and talked to me about their models. A competitor that I had been to earlier showed me where the units where and directed me to come back inside with my questions. Go to Bill Plemmons if you want full service even while you kick the tires. I haven't bought yet but I plan to buy from these folks!

Very nice salespeople. They will try to accommodate whatever you need. Their prices are right in line with other RV dealerships and they give military discounts. I would have liked them just for that.

Eddie and Cameron were Awesome!!! Couldn't have ask for a better salesperson and financial person to deal with. In and out in no time. Answered all my questions and concerns and never acted like we were bothering them. If you need a camper you should go there. They offer a lifetime warranty with no extra cost.

They were very helpful friendly. A service tech who was in the parts area even stopped to help me and gave me some tips on doing my own maintenance/repairswithout me even asking for help. That went a long way with me. They even price matched from another seller. I will be going back for any other parts needs.

Where do I start? I was informed this was the best place to have your RV serviced. I always go by word of mouth. I feel it's important to hear from actual customers. We dropped off our motorhome in January of 2016 and didn't get it back until May 2016.I was informed they kept getting the wrong parts shipped to them from California to fix our generator. Then we were informed the only serviceman cut his hand and was out on disability. I understood things happen and was patient. I didn't hear anything for a month so I called and to my surprise the gentleman whom I dropped the RV off to and informed of all my mechanical issues no longer is employeed there. The new gentleman who took his position was very nice and helpful. The problem I have is they rebuilt the carburetor on my Generac generator which I was informed by the service gentleman that they're not licensed to work on Generac generators. I picked up my motorhome and over a $800.00 for a rebuilt carburetor and the thing still doesn't work. I took it to a licensed Generac specialist and he informed us the carburetor is one piece and you don't rebuild these, not only that there were parts not put back properly and the governor was installed backwards making the engine rev to high. I tried numerous times with messages left on voicemail as the receptionist informed me they were there but I had to be placed into their voicemail as they stepped away from their desk. No response from one person whom is in charged. I would not recommend this RV dealership to anyone. Learn from our mistake. Motorhomes are big investments and you want a reputable company to stand behind their work. You will not get this from them. They're extremely helpful if you're wanting to purchase something but that's about it.

We spent many long months doing research and going to RV shows. That being said, we kept going back to how comfortable we felt the first time we came to visit the dealership last summer. We appreciated your honest prices, service, and especially the warranty you offer. Could you please thank the entire Bill Plemmons team for us, our purchase of the new travel trailer was so easy. Everyone at the dealership is so friendly, helpful, and really seem to care about our experience. I want a special thanks to go to Kevin also. He did our PDI and he was so wonderful. He answered all our questions and gave us some very useful information.

We purchased our Winnebago Minnie from Bill Plemmons last August.
Originally, Thomas Dickens helped us get everything we needed to start camping from your store. He was very knowledgeable about the products and friendly. He did not try to sell us things that we did not need but made sure that we knew what were necessities and what were options. We have been back to purchase several other items since then and Thomas continues to give excellent customer service. He even helped us install grate covers on our camper and put in the initial toilet treatment while we were in the parking lot before we took our new camper home. Thomas is an asset to Plemmons and a big part of why we are so satisfied with your dealership.
