  The only Uhaul near me that accepts debit (bank) cards, especially when I needed a pickup truck.

  Came here to get my 2017 Ford Escape with a towing hitch installed at this tiny place. Owner and staff there are friendly, approachable, and straightforward, no gimmicks. Gave me an excellent quote.
  
  Lifetime warranty on hitch, and 2 year warranty on wiring. Couldn't find a cheaper deal elsewhere (Autozone, Checker).
  
  Finished my car in reasonable time, and looks great! Thanks so much U-Haul!!

  Super easy to do the self check in and return after hours. Make sure you have an up-to-date phone, need to be able to access location services, camera, email and website.

  My father (84 yrs old) took about 16 boxes back to the store to return after his move. He made multiple trips to bring the boxes in and set them inside the door. There were two employees sitting behind the desk. When he asked if the boxes needed to be brought to the counter, they said yes and subsequently neither one got up to offer help carrying the boxes further nor said leave them there we will take care of it. When my father said he wanted to return the boxes they asked for his receipt. He had discarded it during the move but the boxes stated they could be returned. The employee told my dad that he could only get a store credit, to which he answered "I don't need anything, I'm not moving again." Their reply was "it was standard store policy, just like Kmart" really? I could find a lot more to buy in Kmart, but I understand policy. My dad then said he would take the boxes back and AGAIN NOT ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES OFFERED TO HELP HIM RELOAD THE BOXES. SO is this also store/company policy to watch an old man hobble back and forth with his boxes? What a poor statement for a well known brand and a poor representation of customer service. U-Haul hopefully kept their promise and taped my calls in any event I will be contacting Customer Service and register my complaint. Shame on U-Haul!

  We went here to get some information and pricing for an upcoming move. They kept having to call for answers since it wasn't something that they used often. Yet it was prominently advertised.

  I have used this U-Haul Service in St. Clair Shores several times and they have always been very courteous and helpful. I would definitely use them again for my moving needs. Fantastic place to do business with.

  Didn't have the trailer I needed as it was broken down. I was able to get a smaller enclosed trailer eventually.
  The guy who helped with the process was very nice and down to earth. He hooked up the trailer and helped me with all the paper work accordingly. I also ended up getting a ball mount w/ ball and the employee was kind enough to install the ball upside down on a rise position.
  This was the first time dealing with uhaul and it was a good experience.
