Wanted roof roof to install gutters on my entire house. Initial communication was good, however when it came time to sign the contract they fell off the face of the earth. I called several times and was promised that it would be emailed - It never was. I am not going to chase a contractor to give them several thousand dollars. Save yourself the headache and find someone else.

The first time I used Roof Roof was to replace roof due to hail storm. They did such an excellent job that I did not consider using anyone else for this house. Both times the work was excellent and they cleaned up everything. Best contractors around and both times my reps were the best!

Work was completed on time. Good customer service. All the work was done very well except for gutters. Gutters repair work was not up to the mark. I have some issues with gutters and downspouts.

Their representative showed up on time and was polite and courteous. Climbed all over the roof and found more than I thought was wrong. I don't do heights. He took pictures and showed them to me and he gave me an estimate. The roofer showed up on schedule (after I called to check) and was also polite. He was here about an hour and a half and seemed to know what he was doing. Work seems to be good although I was a little surprised at the cost for the short amount of time and the few materials that were used. I would recommend them but would probably negotiate a little more on cost.

My roof was replaced weeks ago by Roof Roof. My house has a lighting rod cables on them. When the job was done the crew still hasn't put the cables back on after repeated attempt to contact the crew to have it back on. I'm so disappointed in their work and about the whole situations. Makes me wonder if I made the right choice to hire them. What was said on quote day will totally be different once you get the final bill when the project are completed. After the project was compleyed, the lighting rod cables were still dangling off the side of the house which makes it much more dangerous if lighting does strike the house. Several times the crew assured me that they will have the cables back on before and after the project and yet they fail to address the issue after the fact.

We had such a great experience with the team from Roof Roof. They came out to the house and gave us an estimate much lower than we were given from others. They completed the entire job in 2 days and the manager even came back to check on the work and our satisfaction. I would recommend to anyone in need of a new roof or just a repair.

We had our roof replaced a few years ago and it leaked the very first time it rained a few days after. It took several phone calls to get them to send someone out. They never called to schedule or anything, someone just showed up and did it, I wouldn't have even known but I came home to somebody on the roof. When I asked him if he was coming inside to take care of the ceiling stain, he simply left without saying a word.
They fixed the leaked but the stain is still on my ceiling and no one responds to us. I will NEVER use them again. They handled everything excellently until I handed them the check.

An absolute nightmare dealing Roof Roof and Jon Sabo (owner). I had Roof roof replace roofing and siding. Ten days later, a roof leak. Multiple times I tried to get them to come back to honor their "5 year leak warranty". Mr. Sabo threatened me with "a $90 an hour" to come investigate the leak. It required BBB and NC Attorney General (Consumer Protection Agency) intervention for him to send a third party to finally replaced an improperly installed boot. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Roof Roof.

He was on time for the estimate and ended up fixing everything for a very reasonable price before he left. Very efficient, friendly and professional. Office staff is on point, too. We had damage from the hail storm last year and Roof Roof was very helpful with meeting our adjuster and helping us file a claim. Our roof looks amazing and I feel very confident in the workmanship.
