Patricia was such a lovely person to walk us through the process of finding the right engagement and wedding band choice. There was no pressure, only excitement and encouragement. We highly recommend this location as their staff is very knowledgeable and great selection. Wonderful personal experience!

Recommending this store if you are planning to buy any jewelry, their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I had a pleasure working with Lana. She is very responsive to texts/calls, and will answer any questions that you may have with the ring. I have bought engagement ring few months ago, and working with Lana made it easy. It was my first time learning about diamonds, what shape/size/clarity etc and Lana gave great recommendations to fit the budget and as well explained very well all different settings.response / report this review -

We’ve been dealing with Diamonds Direct for at least 20 years. An amazing company!! Over the past couple of years we have been working with Lana. She is an absolute gem to work with. And, she’s so incredibly knowledgeable as well as personable!!!! It’s like she’s a part of our family. She wants to make sure that you are going to be happy beyond words!! We trust her completely in helping us make the right decisions for each purchase. Love her!!!

We went to Diamonds Direct 4 years ago and picked out my engagement ring. We worked with Kim. She was kind, patient and somehow know how to guide me to what I was looking for. I absolutely adore my ring just as much now as I did then! A few months ago when we finally decided to set a date, the first thing we did was set an appointment to back and see Kim to pick out our bands. She helped us, was very honest about anything we looked at. I know she gave us the absolute best deal that she could. I cannot recommend her enough. Go see her, you won’t be sorry. She is amazing!

I purchased my wife engagement ring there 8 years ago and received great customer service. I spent only $150 to get my wedding band replaced and they treated me like royalty, 8 years later purchased my daughter a pair of diamond studs. Great place to do business with. Great prices and customer service.

Every experience here is aimed to please the customer and make them leave with the highest satisfaction. I have bought multiple times from them, each time more satisfied than the last. The sales associates are helpful, kind and extremely patient. Mark, the manager, has always been extremely helpful as well. I will never buy jewelry from another business as long as their doors are open!

Love this place - great area, walking distance to several restaurants so it makes a great date night, buying jewelry then having dinner together. Wonderful selection of wedding bands. I am returning mine to get one that more closely matches my husband's, will update my review when I have finalized that process.

Everything about this place is amazing! We've bought our wedding rings and my wife's engagement ring here, and the prices are fantastic, and the service is even better. No pushy salesperson trying to get you to buy something you can't afford.
What takes the cake though, is our most recent experience. My wife got her hand caught in a drawer and bent her engagement ring, and it caused a diamond to fall out. She was obviously very upset, but I brought it in to have them look at it. After about 10 days, I got the ring back, looking brand new! The best part? They didn't charge me a dime for the repair, INCLUDING for the lost diamond!!!!

had no idea where to start when looking for an engagement ring. I was living out of state at the time and was referred to Sherry Gilmore and her team at DD in Southpark. Sherry was so patient and knowledgeable, working with me over the phone (and text!) to find a quality diamond within my budget. Once able to visit the store, Sherry had the diamond on hand and several band options laid out for me to choose from - the customer service and final product couldn't have been any better! Sherry came to the rescue again when it came time to purchase both of our wedding bands.

I have nothing but good things to say about Diamonds Direct. I wanted to be surprised with an engagement ring and I wanted nothing to do with picking one out. I knew my now fiancé would know exactly what would look beautiful on my hand and let me tell you, my ring is perfect in every way. My center stone has to be one of the clearest diamonds I've ever seen. It's been 3 months since we become engaged and I still stare at it. Ok, now to the store and the service. I've had my ring sized up once and had it cleaned once and every time I've been to DD I've been greeted with smiles and been shown true hospitality. I would recommend this store to anyone. I know not everyone has the same budget and I've looked around in this store and there are rings to fit everyone's budget (from why I could see) everyone here is nice and I love the store as a whole!

Could not have asked for a better experience than what Diamonds Direct has to offer. I came in with little knowledge about diamonds and how to select the right one for my fiance's ring. However, they were able to break it down for me and explain to me what to look for in a diamond. After I selected the ring, Joey went to the back, found a better quality diamond and was able to sell it to me at an extremely reasonable price. I am very pleased with the help of Dovy, Joey, and Diamonds Direct.

Walked in today to browse with my wife for a long overdue diamond ring. Frank Staffieri was right there to greet us and help us with our browsing. There was absolutely no pressure at all, Frank was really patient and explained many options. Before I knew it we were making a purchase and felt really good about it. Anyone considering buying anything should definitely stop in and check this place out.

Highly recommend Sherry as your diamond specialist at Diamonds Direct. She was very knowledgable and got us a great deal. She worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted from our engagement ring and even came in on her day off to help us look for our diamond! Our ring came out perfect!!! Five stars!!!

Terrible experience! If you are having a ring custom made, be prepared to not have it in on time or made correctly the first time! We had our engagement ring specially made and they told us it would be ready in 4 weeks. It ended up taking 7 weeks. When I received the engagement ring it was a size 8 and we ordered a size 4.5. So then they had to re-make the ring because it has diamonds around the band and they said that would take 4 weeks. It took them 6 weeks. The ring ended up being beautiful but not done in a timely manner.

Diamonds Direct is the only place my fiancé and I will buy diamonds. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone we've worked with has gone above and beyond to provide us with whatever help we need. I recently inherited a diamond ring and needed it to be appraised. The ring was not purchased at Diamonds Direct, but we did buy my engagement ring from them months ago. Mark, the GM, returned my call and told me to come by so he could look at the ring. Without hesitation, he said he would appraise the ring at no charge to us. Mark spent time talking to me about the ring, just as if I purchased it from his store. I would highly recommend Diamonds Direct for your diamond purchase.

Diamond ring factory store
The first time I came here was to pick up jewelry that I had appraised and also to see if my grandmother's wedding diamond was quality enough to use for my future engagement ring. At the time, I was not going to be engaged for about a year. Since I was there I thought I would take a look at their rings for the first time. The sales associate who assisted me could have cared less. My only assumption is that since he knew I was not going to buy that day, I was no interest to him. He kept looking at the front door to see if any buying customers were coming through and both my friend and I thought he was extremely rude.
Fast forward a year later, my boyfriend and I came in to look at rings. I thought I would give them another chance. The minute we got in the door, we felt like a number in a factory store. We also got sized up too. The sales associate assisted us with different types of rings that I was interested in. She wrote down all of my boyfriends information for a custom ring that could be made. She said she would call him the next day and he has yet to hear back from anyone.response / report this review -

Always amazing. I have been going to Joey at DD for nearly 10 years. Despite his potentially intimidating look, he's one of the nicest most genuine sales people I've worked with. If he doesn't have the right product in stock or thinks the timing will be better to wait on a Sale to get the best price he has always offered this info upfront. Awesome guy and awesome jewelry store!

My experience with Diamonds Direct & Why they are the industries best.
I have been a loyal customer of Diamonds Direct since 2012 and have made all my jewelry purchases from this company. I have also recommended Diamonds Direct to friends and family and will continue to do so for a number of reasons but mostly due to the professionalism and kindness of Mark Czarnecki and his wonderful staff. It would be impossible to fully articulate and do Mark the justice he deserves as the leader in Charlotte. I just can’t say enough good things about him as a person and representative of the store. He has been more than fair with me over the years and has literally made my dreams come true, even when it meant going the extra mile for me while expecting nothing in return. Mark set me up with Sherry last weekend for an engagement ring purchase and I would be remiss if I didn’t also mention what a consummate professional Sherry was as well as having a great heart. Anyone that works with her will be extremely happy and satisfied.
I will absolutely be back to purchase our Wedding Bands and all future jewelry but I had to take a moment to let people know just how great the staff is at Diamonds Direct. With the existing leadership in place, I know this is something many have already experienced themselves but wanted to thank Mark for continuing to provide such a phenomenal experience each and every time I am in the store. I just can’t recommend Diamonds Direct enough.
