I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday. They were absolutely gorgeous. Very reasonably priced and delivered on time. The bouquet looked exactly like the pictures online and I have had the opposite of that before. Very nice, friendly, helpful staff. Thank you guys so much. I will definitely use you again!!

Great family owned flowers shop. The entire staff went out of their way to provide me with advise. The result was great! Also the deliver man was very kind. The shop has in stock plenty of unique accessories, gifts and gift cards. Highly recommend it!

Thank you Tammy for our gorgeous arrangements for our wedding at the Groomes Place. We loved it, I loved our bouquets and the ladies at our wedding venue asked where they were from. Perfect bouquets, boutineers, corsages.

Arrived on time in great condition. Packaged carefully and well worth the purchase. Definitely will order again for other occasions.
Tammy listened to what I wanted and she delivered more than what I expected.

I ordered an arrangement from this shop for a co-worker. The arrangement was $55 dollars and was empty!!! It came in a 5x5 inch vase and didnt even have enough flowers in it. Very disappointed!
Update:
The boutique has refunded the money and apologized for the trouble. Good customer service.

I ordered a basket for a memorial service and was very disappointed when I seen the finished product. I feel it was over priced for what was delivered. I have ordered flowers for many funerals from different florists in many counties and what I paid for last week would have been much fuller than what I seen from this florist for the same price or less. I normally do not write reviews, but this time I felt it was needed. If I would have read the previous reviews from other people like I normally would I guarantee you I would not have ordered from this florist. It was the first and will be the last.

I have been using this flower shop for years. They are one of the last professional flower shops that have quality and professionalism down to an art. My wife had always received comment about how I use the best florist in town simply from the arrangements she has received from them. I always let them design the arrangements because they have great taste.

Flowers were delivered at 10:30pm. The day was over by then and my mother was sleeping, so she didn't even see them until the next day. Normally, this isn't much of an issue except for the fact that they were for Valentine's day. At least the flowers were nice. I'll stick with Abbey Rose Florist from now on, they deliver at a decent hour.

The flowers my boyfriend ordered didn't come in the way it should. There was less flowers and was arranged poorly. I had to rearrange the flowers myself to make it look presentable. He spent $80 on it and was disappointed.

I ordered flowers a week before they needed to be delivered for my wife's birthday. I went into the shop and spoke to Tammy personally. She was very nice and helpful. When my wife received the order it was not excatly how Tammy and I discussed. I wanted a banana leaf in the bottom of the vase and twine wrapped around the vase. Neither of those happened. I was happy with the herbs, and vines used. I also liked that she uses local flowers. I called Tammy and she apologized. She admitted those thing were in the notes and her husband had filled the order and forgot to put them in. Her solution was to give me a discount on my next order. I am not satisfied with that solution. Shannon

I have never been a customer hereand won't be. I was looking for a florist, but will not use this one. The owner's responses have been argumentative and unprofessional. I've never seen any company respond this way.even when the reviews were negative!

These guys were so-so. We ordered an arrangement for my roommate's birthday, it was a little overpriced for what we got in the end. We explicitly specified no pink and of course there was pink in the arrangement. Further, the caption that we requested in the card had a misspelling for the name. We definitely don't recommend unless you plan on watching them make the arrangement in front of you, writing the card and delivering the flowers yourself.
