DeMayo helped me with a workers comp claim. I had waited on WC to set an appointment after my ER visit. Two weeks had gone by and I hadn’t hear from them. I called DeMayo and within 48 hours I was contacted and an appointment was set. They walked me through each step and made sure I was getting the care I needed. Eloise Morgan and her team were wonderful, I was kept updated every step of the way. I would have been lost if I had tried to deal with WC myself alone. WC doesn’t always have your best interest at heart. DeMayo and Eloise took care of me every step of the way. I couldn’t be more happy with the service they provided. Richard in Va.

My case manager Rhonda was great. She took over my case and did a great job keeping me updated and helping get my case done. I was very happy and please with her. She took the time to explain everything to me so that I could understand everything. I have already referred people to Rhonda.

My case was a Workers Comp case and my team including Ms Morgan, Missy Lane and Lily were wonderful! They worked seamlessly as a team to obtain the best possible outcome for my case! I felt someone was always there to answer questions, listen to me vent about the ‘system’ and it was hugely comforting to know I wasn’t in this alone! My final settlement was much more than I had even hoped for, praise!

A couple years back I contacted Michael DeMayo's office due continued medical issues and not being able to work. I was told this could be a long process but I feel that DeMayo's office did everything they could to speed the process. I had filed two appeals and was denied for some really ridiculous reasons by social security, such as I was not blind.
I was soon contacted by Liz my liaison to my attorney (Rachael). She took my information contacted all medical providers and continued to keep in touch with me about my condition. She knew as much as I did regarding my medical condition. She was totally amazing! She took the time to listen to me even when I was so discouraged. I feel if it had not been for the great support given by Liz and Rachael I possibly may not have won my case.
It was an extremely stressful time in my life but due to the Liz and Rachael my stress is now eliminated and I can concentrate on living.

First time I ever dealt with an attorney and I unsatisfied with the results. I called in because I was in an auto accident where another vehicle ran into me at a red light cone to find out i sustained $2,000 I'm damages to my vehicle and after testing found out I have a herniated disc. I called them back to get an update but was told there's nothing that could be done. I don't think they researched enough because the damages on my vehicle was minor and didn't care to find out about my condition because they never asked. But it's okay God is great I found an attorney that was more than happy to take my case. Side bar: found out about the person and how they feel instead of damages to the vehicle. Have a bless day! This has by far the worst experience I have ever experienced with an attorney's office. Ryan who was the guy that talk to me about the settlement of my case was very rude, belittling, and just flat right then care about what my concerns were. How is it that I was hit in the back buy another vehicle while stopping for a stopped school bus I hire them to handle my case and now I am still responsible for paying $500 in my medical bills. Ryan tells me that I can take it out of my check and still have money left. That was definitely not the point of the matter it was the fact that I do is following the law and I'm still being penalized for it by having to pay for my medical bills. It's not about the little bit of settlement that I did get it's more or less that I'm still responsible for a medical bill and I feel like I shouldn't be and I told him why not take it out of your money since it's not that serious. If you know like I know from the Lost papers in the beginning and me having to send the same paper over and over until me being told that I have the money from my settlement pay the $500 I advise you to find you another attorney and do not use them

I am very satisfied with the help I received for my daughter's cases. I was always being kept up to date with every step of the case by Danielle. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Danielle and Mr. Russo helped me answer and understand how the whole process works. Mr. Russo did a great job with my daughter's case along with Danielle. Very great staff! From the attorneys all the way down to the secretary! I highly recommend this law firm to anyone needing a lawyer.
