Hello,
My Family and I stayed here from 11/16/2017-11/19/2017. And to tell you truth you get what you pay for. What do you expect from a 50.00 a night stay.
I had my doubts coming to this place after reading all of these self entitles picky comments. I decided to go because I first saved a bunch of money and 2nd my family and I were going to be at Disney all day.
The pros are:
-Convenient Location. Its located close to a Shuttle Stop that would take you to Disney for a low fee. Close to restaurants and shops and above all about 1/2 mile walking distance to Disney.
- Great and friendly customer service.
- Everyday our room was cleaned and organized by great room service.
- Beds were comfortable and clean
- Rooms were outdated but what do you expect for 50.00 a night.
- Had a mini fridge, microwave and AC that were great.
Cons:
- Maybe Parking lot was a Little small, but it really didn't matter to me.
- ICE machine was not working or was Broken.
In Conclusion the motel was not to shabby. My Family and I had a great time staying at Abby's and visiting Disney. We would definitely recommend this place.response / report this review -

Myself, as well as my son and 3.8-year-old grandson, stayed here 11/05/17 - 11/08/17 and enjoyed our time. We found the staff very pleasant and helpful.
We occupied a room, (#6), with 2 double beds on the first floor and it was very comfortable. Plenty of outlets, a small frig, hot showers and comfy bedsall we needed considering we spent our hours RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET at Disneyland. Less than five minutes walking with a toddler and we were in Downtown Disney.
During our visit, my grandson experienced a mini emergency that required a fast change of bedding. The staff was super responsive and pleasant.
Pro's - Great staff, awesome location, very low rates, laundry on site, wifi, pool/hot tub, very light (free) breakfast bar and comfy but aged rooms.
Con's - Parking can be tricky, the hot tub was being repaired, overall the hotel is very dated and in need of TLC.response / report this review -

Haven’t stayed here yet but I have to thank Prasad for being helpful and honoring my booking price online . I’ve read a few of the reviews and it kind of scared me after the fact that I booked but I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt since so far they are amazing in their customer service will update my review once we stay there in two weeks

The rooms were good value for money and the location to Disneyland was fantastic. One thing that stood out above the rest was the customer service. On more than one occasion the staff here went above and beyond.

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE!! HORRIBLE!! Where do I begin? From the walls being paper thin and staff vacuuming rooms at MIDNIGHT, duct tape holding carpet down, no towels and a very ugly musty smell!!! When they did bring towels you don't get a wash cloth or a towel matt for the bathroom floor. Smoke detectors were also removed from the ceiling and in it's place a hole! Very unsettling!
It does not matter how cheap it is to stay here, it is not worth it!! It may be on Katella and it may be "across the street from Disneyland", but it is on the OTHER end of Katella and not a very safe walk back at the end of the day. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.response / report this review -

Do no stay here!
Worst hotel I have ever been. Dirty, dishonest, noisy, shady you name it. Bait switch at its best. I took off within a few minutes. My room was super dirty, dusty and full it looked like at hotel from a horror movie.

Horrible. No phone in our room, disgusting bath tub, broken knobs on a.c. unit, stains on bedding, the t.v. was literally as old as I am. They didn't bother to put more than one roll of toilet paper in our room. The two men working there are very nice, and the location is great for Disney, but the motel itself is trash. Next time I will be paying an extra $50 to stay somewhere I actually enjoy, $400 for 3 nights at this dump, not worth it in the least. Pay extra and stay somewhere else.

Well to start off with it is your decent Motel NOT Hotel people get it wrong it's not as bad as the motels in Hollywood as the rate price typically starts at $95 for me $98 for three guest when i arrived i expected things bad and good they have a ice maker with no charge the soda seems to be at a great price the hallways are not crowded with junk i expect the beds to be hard as a rock am sure and the bed blankets dirty i advise just to bring your own pillow and blanket the breakfast just eat around the corner from front of Disneyland McDonald's or the restaurants near Disneyland also don't expect an amazing flat screen TV expect the 1950's TV but there is your own refrigerator with a microwave as well as the air conditioner so far at that price don't call it your home its just temporarily if your not satisfied don't complain to the workers just fine another motel or Hotel near Disneyland don't waste your time getting mad but the people who don't complain it's your typical BEST PRICE for a Motel you'll get it worse somewhere else try the Motel would n hurt!!!! ALSO if you already pay a rent there theirs no cancellation! or refunds.

Great value and excellent service. We stayed here in May 2017 for a trip to Disneyland. This is a budget motel so our room was extremely basic with old furnishings, no frills, but the bathroom, bedding, appliances, dresser drawers, etc were VERY clean and the room had everything we needed including a working AC, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toiletries, and a really good-flowing shower. (Although it did lack a bedside lamp.) The free WiFi worked great. The manager and 3 other front desk staff we interacted with were extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. It's a motel so the main room door and window front the walkway, but the AC fan and room darkening blinds blocked out the noise and light effectively. Bonus; the lobby/desk was open until 3 am so we were able to get extra supplies and ask questions of the staff after walking back from Disneyland late.

The service I received at check in was excellent. The gentleman was friendly, quick, and thoughtful. The room was ok. A get what you pay for situation, I'd say. It was a bit loud from the traffic. Location was excellent. Really close to the park. Walkable for those not lazy like me. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7, but we left around 7:15 and it still wasn't available That was a bit of a bummer.

We were not impressed with this hotel. We came with our two young children. When we first got to the room there were only two towels. No hand towels, no wash clothes and not even enough towels for all of us. We found pet poop in our room, the tv didn't work and the drain stunk. We ran out of toilet paper and there was not an extra roll in the room. The next day they came and took our towels while we were gone but did not replace them. When we came back and asked for towels they said they were out. We couldn't get any towels until the next morning. We were extremely disappointed. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The place had roaches. They had an old CRT 17 inch TV. The carpet was torn. Headboard was falling off the wall. Only two towels. No hand towels. The AC did not work properly. They still use a touch-tone telephone. The free breakfast were muffins, danishes, and coffee in the lobby. The parking lot needs to be repaid. There is hardly any water pressure in the shower.
