It is in an ok area. The room rates are reasonable, considering.

I would definitely rate in the negatives!!! Ain't nothing nice about this place. Its a big trash bit. And a money pit!! First off I've been to hotels nicer then this place and was under 21!
I reserved a room for my gf and I for our 1 year anniversary. Went to check in i had to be 21 and there was a holding fee of 75$ that we won't get back for a week also another 55$ holding fee on top of that.
There were hols in the wall there were screws to hold the window shut. Bedroom lights didn't work cards didn't work. Wall paper dealing off
    Breakfast sucked ass.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!
Thank you Rodeway inn for a horrible night!!

The motel was once a Sleep Inn that has apparently been downgraded to a Rodeway Inn. The condition of the hotel and rooms is bad. While the staff was very friendly it did not make up from the poor quality of the rooms. We had two rooms one of which had a broken door on the bathroom and the other one have other damage to the door.

The carpet, the television (a tube tv), and the walls all were in bad shape.

On the plus side the hotel is well located with large number of restaurants in the area but the area is not very walkable so you have to drive to get anywhere.

To use the pool which is shared by the Quality Inn next door you have to get wrist bands from the front desk. The hot tub has been covered up so you cannot use it.

Breakfast was not very good with only limited food and beverage items.

The staff here is super helpful & they're always cleaning, so even though the rooms and building are a little older, it's all good. Breakfast items are limited, but the room rate is low. Basically this is a no-frills place, but our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The hotel was TERRIBLE. The photos show an out dated facility, which is fine but the conditions is horrible. The room had an abundance of damage (holes in the walls, stains on the curtain-HOW DO YOU GET STAIN ON THE CURTAINS, the shower had mold- disclaimer I did not shower, I had to sleep in a sleeping bag to assure my clean did not touch anything) and the worst, bugs in the room and in the halls. The front desk clerk was terribly RUDE. The food in the area was gross as well. NO ONE TOLD YOU IF THE WATER WAS SAFE OR NOT- that should be a must!

It's in a good location for places to eat and things to do. Good rates for the surrounding areas. Has continental breakfast and heated pool indoors. Could use some work on service and cleanliness. Hallways smell of smoke and sometimes loud noises from other guest in the hallway and slamming doors. I stay here at least once every 4 to 6 weeks so i do feel safe!

Nice size room for our family but the people above us kids was making a lot of noise. The point of us coming was to let our son swim while I study for my test. Thinking it would be a nice quiet place NOPE ugh. The bathrooms need tubs and need to be bigger and please upgrade the TV I haven't seen one like this in years.

Inexpensive rooms are good, but the room we had was in disrepair. The problems were so much that the front desk could in no way fix them, and after being offered a room so bad my family and I just checked out.

As we were checking out and making sure we didn't leave anything we found old pieces of food under the bed skirt.

The pocket door to the bathroom could not be closed all the way, it left an inch gap, that you had to walk past to get into the shower. The door needed to be painted there was obvious scraping all over the door with it going in and out of it's recess in the wall.

There was a bad smell in the room of smoke and just an old odor. It seemed to be coming from the carpet.

    The walls were ridiculously dirty.

Not sure why but there wasn't a phone in the room.

We checked in at about 1 am after travelling 10 hours on the road, when we asked for more towels in the morning, we were told they didn't have anymore.

When I put the extra latch on the door, it practically came off in my hand, because the screws were barely in the wall.

We booked for 3 nights, but only stayed one, the room and overall accommodations were so bad we left at the risk of not getting a full refund.

I will say the lady who assisted us was very nice, she took my complaint and tried to assist me as best she could.
