The room was great!!! The staff was very accommodating!!! Definitely will stay again if we are in the area!

The hotel stay was great, getting to the hotel was not. I called that night before flying in to check on the shuttle times. I was told the shuttle is available until midnight. When I landed I called for a ride when I was ready, about 11:45, and was told that the shuttle driver went home and that the service would not be available. Uber and Lyft was not responding so I had to use a taxi. My ride to the hotel went from free (what I thought I would get) to $14. And it was a half trying to figure out how I would be getting to the hotel.

Manager was very rude, yelled at my mother when she tried to explain something to her and stormed off. They lied about prices and double charging my sister and cousin. Hotel is VERY OUTDATED! They have no elevators and rooms were not cleaned when we came back to the room. They are really unprofessional and I would never suggest this to anyone. Don’t ever, ever go to this hotel!!!!!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are up to date and very spacious. Indoor pool and workout room are also very convenient. I would recommend this to anyone.

I personally went to the motel to secure rooms for my family members. Staff and management were super. The group rate was also great. It was everything a customer looks for. Cleanliness, needs were meet when items were asked, breakfast was great, area was safe. If you’re looking for the above amenities the Quality Inn is the place for you. Enjoy. I want to add there was a hiccup upon check out but the wonderful management team took care of the matter to my satisfaction.

We took our 10u youth softball team up to this motel! Drea went above and beyond for us to accommodate our ball schedule, as well as taking time to assure a flawless check in! Our rooms were perfect, not a single issue! Breakfast was above standard for a continental breakfast! We had 12 or 13 rooms I believe, and everyone was happy!! The only negative was the pool was freezing cold, however we knew if this issue long before checking in! The kids still enjoyed it! Thank you for an awesome stay!!!!

Our room had broken tiles in the bathroom. I was afraid one of us was going to get a cut on the way to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
The floor was sticky in places. The arm chair was stained with who knows what. You'd think they would either clean it better or throw it out. The desk in that room was also falling apart.
The linens were clean at least and the bed was pretty comfortable.

Many improvements need to be made on the look of the hotel. I was mislead by the photos. It's not what you would expect. I give 3 stars cause I do see hope in the location. The staff needs to be more perky. Other than that it could have a great turn around with alittle work and paint.

The hotel is clean & the staff is fantastic. Location isn't too bad for being in Flint MI. My only complaint is the internet connection is super sketchy & slow. This isn't good if you do business while you travel. Otherwise, I thought it was a great place for the price.

Look, I want to commend the staff for their politeness and professionalism. But the room sucked so damn bad. My first room, literally had a mouse in it that walked across my foot. I'm no woman but that scare the heck out of me and I jumped up on my bed. Believe it, I got another room on a different floor and stuffed a towel under the door since there's a giant gap. The room is outdated, dirty, scrapped walls and the bathroom is that of a gas station. Again, the staff, awesome, the hotel, sucks. THEY HAVE FREAKING MICE!

This place should be shut down. The awful smell I kept reading about is coming from the very unclean carpet through out the entire motel. This motel shares all it amenities with a much cheaper motel connected to it. For almost half by the rate you could get a much better value. If you call this value. The whole place is filthy. The morning staff instead of stocking breakfast items they had a conversation about how they didn't like their job and how so ans so was doing better than they were and how they though emptying the trash in the hallway wasn't their job. Avoid this place cheap isn't always the best way to go. Also they use a dollar store product to cover the smell in the Room which is linked to health problems.
