First time staying at this hotel will never return! Arrived at 10:40pm a female alone. Marcus at front desk was very personable. At 3:00am guys were knocking on my door scared me to death! Got them to go away. They returned again at 4:30am knocking on my door! Was terrified, called Marcus he got rid of them. This hotel needs security!!!

Great team. The staff is unmatched. Hotel needs updating. There are pet accomodations. Good location, although signage could be improved upon.

This is a wonderful hotel. The name fits the service and location perfectly. The hotel is clean, the grounds are kept up nicely and the whole staff is friendly.
The breakfast area pleasant and the food they serve for breakfast is a wide variety.

Nice place but the room was kinda small. Only stayed for a night when we picked up the grand kids for spring break. They loved the pool and jacuzzi area. Very nice people in the front desk and the breakfast had waffles, biscuits & gravy, eggs, yogurts and hard boiled eggs, bread for toasts and pastries.

Wonderful hotel. Great rooms. VERY clean. The breakfast was good but could've had more variety. Hotel staff was friendly and location is great for downtown attractions and not too far from wineries.

I stayed here for a business trip. It was in a great location, room was clean and comfortable, staff was attentive, pillows were perfect, and the breakfast was hot. Would definitely stay here again for business.but would also stay here if I was visiting Temecula for fun. It was a great value.

The rooms are really nice. The staff really take care of you. Free breakfast in the mornings and hot coffee all day long. Great location to the mall. 15 mimutes yo wine country.

Nice hotel. The hot tub was way too chlorinated on our visit. Staff was great, breakfast wasn't. The lighting in the room was a little off. Lamp placement put a glare on television screen. Covered it with a tie dye skirt and that solved the problem.

We stayed here for two nights we ask for a room close to the pool. I was told if I wanted to pay an upgrade fee they could do it. Best $10.00 I ever spent. On one side about four doors down the Lobby and Breakfast area on the other side about five doors down and just around the corner the pool. Loved it! Nice clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice

Stayed here overnight for an event close by. Room was comfortable and clean. We got in a little earlier than planned and were able to make use of the pool and spa. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Temecula Quality Inn is definitely a place to go because the friendly staff is nice and awesome person that greet you when you walk in those doors. The room is clean and quiet for me and I love the free breakfast that they serve in the morning. I love the staff from quality inn temecula. I will be stay here than any other hotel.
