The sleep there was nice and comfortable BUT when I woke up the next morning 12 15 17 Bugs had bit me on my arms around my neck . I checked out at 9 o'clock because I woke up scratching all on my arms and around my neck it is 1047 after I applied witch Hazel and alcohol on my arms and neck I am still itching like a dog with fleas. I WILL NEVER EVER go back to this hotel and it's a shame because it is quiet and comfortable but the bugs they were not invited. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there unless you have tough skin.
Room smelled skunkish, but that was my only complaint. They got me a new card when mine would not open our room. They were very helpful and accommodating.
The fillyest hotel I have been to! No phone. Dirt on the floor and walls. The sheets were not clean and we complained, The hotel staff came and put new sheets on top of the old ones. They did replace the old ones. The furniture was broken. Everything was so old.
I found two COCKROACHES in my room here. The staff was not present in the main office when I arrived and took 45 minutes to show up. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. Do not recommend to anyone, no matter the price. Pay more for a better place to stay.
Not sure what consist of 1 star, but they had no option for You Owe me Stars for staying here!
They don't do refunds. Nor give out towels, breakfast, TV's don't work, they have Live roaches in the fridge and their Dead fallen comrades everywhere else.
They pretend they don't speak English unless your talking cash. They charge for ice!! And their customer service skills is representative of The Respect they have 4 us and our hard earned dollars! I wouldn't send my enemy here.
No sheets or towels, and I had to make the bed. .Bad.
they are helpful and free breakfast would come back again thanks
Rooms very dirty and people hanging outside late at night. Towels dirty with stains and smell.
Riverside Inn & Suites is definitely a budget motel and the adage that "you get what you pay for" definitely rings true here. Parking was difficult, we ended up without a spot so we had to move a cone and park in front of the handicapped ramp. The beds didn't have fitted sheets, flat sheets were tucked in and the pillows left much to be desired. The people hanging around in the parking lot and outside their rooms weren't the classiest but we never felt unsafe. The A/C worked well but made rattling sounds every half hour or so. Overall though, this was the cheapest motel closest to where we needed to be for a family party. Rooms were cleaned and no obvious broken or missing items. It was a good value for what we paid and I would stay there again if we were in the area.
If you want to stay at the heroin hot spot this is the place to be. Terrible manager that will ignore you when you want a refund. Mold everywhere, nasty sheets, smoke smell in a non smoking room, sticky floors, stains on the beds. Found heroin in tin foil and everything, not once, but TWICE.
Nice clean tooms.walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and entertainment. Staff where super friendly.
I stayed here for business for 4 days.I generally stay in Lipton hotels because I love the decor, but they were booked. The hotel is gorge, the rooms made me feel like I was staying at my parents house. The decor was a bit old feeling but the room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was nice but the shampoo/hand lotion just generic. When you pay $500+ a nite I was expecting a bit more lax.The bed was cozy. Room service did fall short one evening when I ordered a salad and it was wilted with mangled tomato s.Not worth the $20+ bucks.Overall the staff were pleasant.
I stayed here in early November 2016 with my family. I enjoyed my stay only changes i would recrecommend are More parking and the bed was very hard. Other then that it was great staff is very friendly as well. Thank you!!
The housekeepers are terrible you take a shower and get out and by the time you walk to your bed your feet are so black looks like you just went walking around the parking lot ALL day. I asked for my room to be cleaned and all they did was make the beds and give me clean towels
Regarding our stay in room 129. When staying in an economy priced lodging I do not expect 5 star accommodations and service, however, a mattress obviously soaked with cat urine is beyond tolerable. The smell was terrible. I cannot believe you expect your customers to pay for the “privilege” of that experience. I also would find it hard to believe that former travelers who slept in that bed would not have informed you of the stink. This implies that you did nothing to remedy the problem but rather knowingly accepted money to allow others to be subjected to the humiliation of sleeping in cat piss. We took photos of the stained mattress and intend to make our experience at your Inn known to all. Also, the soles of our feet turned black from walking barefoot on the floor. But that is minor compared to the mattress.
Needless to say, our experience at your inn was disappointing in the extreme.
