One of the best hotels I've been to. Great staff, clean rooms, a great breakfast selection. They've even had nightly dinner events such as taco Tuesday and $3 drinks. Highly recommend staying here if in the area.
Clean hotel with a convenient location. Close to the mall and restaurants with easy access to the highway. Service and staff was great. As were the omelettes with the included breakfast. The price was very reasonable for the amenities included. First time in Moreno valley and enjoyed the area.
My family and I had recently stayed at Ayres for a wedding. We stayed 2 nights. At check in, we were amazed by how clean the property was. You can see your reflection through the marble floor. The front desk ladies were extremely helpful in any of our needs. Our rooms was clean every day and the plus was the parking is free and safe. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices even for one of my picky kids. Thank you Ayres!
Stayed 3 weeks.Clean, friendly staff. Room was very comfortable. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. I enjoyed my stay there and was very comfortable in my room! If ever back in the area I would stay again.
A channel guide for the tv would be nice though.
Breakfast started a little late on weekends for those of us there for business.
The parking could be difficult sometimes. Especially on taco nights (with good reason- those tacos are delicious!)
The Hotel and the amenities were great. My wife and I were there on a church trip. I am a secret shopper for many years now. I have done many shops with major companies. My wife had to tell the manager to not do what she was doing. We had put the amount that we were told on a credit card. YOUR manager for some reason got loud in her response to me saying, "YOUR CARD WAS DECLINE. DO YOU HAVE ANOTHER FORM OF PAYMENT?" Now one of our Mothers of the church was paying cash along with others. The lady that was in training did not get loud with none of them. She was calm in her responses to them. So I for one was not embarrassed about it but ALL customers should be treated the same. WE have the money and was persuaded to stay in your hotel. So personal information or issues should not be shared open and loud like she was doing. We could not figure out why she was doing that. Other than that our stay was okay!!
Overall the stay was pleasant. Enjoyed the breakfast omelet and viewing the chef's in person omelet creations. The front desk staff was very helpful and greeted me with friendly smiles. The guest key cards failed to open some amenity doors to the business center and fitness room on the way to pool. The front desk staff member reprogrammed the cards to work very promptly. The rooms were very clean.
Housekeeping was very flexible about keeping the room kempt, even when we left later in the day. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, so that it stayed lively and fresh even after eating it a few days in a row. The room, building, and general atmosphere was gorgeous and had a relaxing aroma all around. One last thing, but certainly not the least of compliments: the bathtub was absolutely gracious in space; a rare commodity.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Great ambience, nicely furnished with friendly, helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit noisy but I think that's typical in many hotels. The TV remote control is different, a bit awkward to use, and did not have a number of channels you'd expect. Had to watch Game of Thrones on the laptop!! The breakfast with the made to order omelets was a daily treat. My kids enjoyed the pool and we even used the deck's nice gas grill one evening! We checked out Taco Tuesday and Thursday and Wednesday's Mexican fare - all delicious and very reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day stay and will definitely come again.
Everything is well thought through, from the easy to clean TV remote, to the upscale seat covers in the public restrooms. Quiet, well equipped rooms, excellent breakfast with good quality products. Very comfortable beds, finally one that doesn't sag
My family buried our dad last weekend at March Air Force Base which is near Ayers Hotel. We booked 6 rooms for the convenience of being close and not having to fight traffic getting to our destination.
You can imagine we were all pretty sad and just wanted our stay to be stress free. Well the staff, the rooms, the food, the pool were all wonderful. The family agreed that staying at Ayers was the perfect solution. We could all be together and sort of relax. Actually we had fun at Ayers all being together with their welcoming atmosphere. Taco Thursday made getting dinner that night so easy. That was nice.
Thank you Ayers for helping us through a sad weekend.
The staff was very professional and polite. My room was clean and very organized. The overall overview of the hotel it was clean and quite. I especially liked that my friend and I were out on the patio and the bartender without asking turned on the fireplace which was very romantic for us to share drinks and have comfortable conversations throughout the evening. So it was much appreciated and I look forward to my next stay there.
This hotel provides an excellent, stress-free experience at every visit! The front desk staff are consistently warm, welcoming, and efficient. The accommodations are always very clean and extremely comfortable. The fitness center and business center are easy to use. The breakfast is AMAZING, and taco nights with drinks are welcomed after a long day at work. Thank you!
We had two different rooms during our stay because we ended up staying longer than expected due to our truck breaking down. They were sympathetic and made us aware of a better rate for military vets to save us a good amount of money! The rooms were both very clean and updated. I felt very comfortable and welcome there. There was a mall nearby as well as food stores. The rooms have a microwave which helped save some money too. If I am ever in Moreno Valley again, I am staying there!
