Horrible service!!! First we called and the man said $60 plus tax so we went with 65 just in case. We showed up and the man working there says OK so it's 65 we hand him the money and then he says OK so I'll need another $5. We're like oh on the phone you said $60 and he says yeah plus tax 65 now I need another 5. He was giving us bad attitude.. then, he threw the money back at us and said "here I don't need your money" . never coming to this one again. Lost a millionaire customer.

Don't know why this hotel has three stars. If I could I wouldnt even rate it any stars. It doesn't even deserve one! I usually never leave comments but I felt the need to.
Horrible customer service! HORRIBLE! Asked the front desk lady before booking if it was possible to extend the hours to stay in, since check out time was at 10:30am and we had a event the first night we stayed, so we wanted to sleep in for a few hours, and she said it was fine the first hour, and then we would be charged 10 dollars. Next day in the morning we got a call at 10:30 from the same lady and she told us we needed to check out and I reminded her that we were staying in for a few hours and all of a sudden she didnt know english. 15 minutes later theres a womens voice screaming telling us to leave and get out. We opend the door and turned out to be a man with a little girls voice, he just kept telling us to leave. we tried explaining to him that we'd pay for the few hours and he wouldnt alow us to, even though we were told ahead of time we could. He told us to leave right there and then while hurring us up every minute while packing our stuff, held the door wide open too. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. He needs some customer service lessons along with his front desk staff, some manners, and maybe next time he can make the women scream instead because I honestly thought it was her and thats the reason we opend the door we had no idea it was a man. Anyways save your money and look else were. Money you pay for this room isnt even worth it, not even the room was clean when we got there. We wont be coming here ever again!!!!

I got a overnight room at the sunshine motel at downtown San Bernardino on H st. The rooms are clean smelled good everything worked in the room it was quite the service was great I'll go back and tell my friends and family to go there

The pricing was affordable and the rooms where just renovated they are modern and very clean. It's nice and quiet so you can catch up on your rest and the staff where helpful but not overbearing.
