For the price, you can't beat it. Nice clean rooms and the staff was very accommodating. I almost didn't stay here due to other reviews, but I'm glad I decided to give it a shot. I comfortably stayed here for a week & have no complaints. The only thing I wish they would change, is make WiFi free. Other than that I had a great stay.

We stayed in room 231. The entire walkway on the 2nd floor smelled of skunk weed the entire stay. Our beds were clean, but the bathroom floor was disgusting. There was a large dead spider in the corner of the bathroom the entire stay so I knew that the bathroom floor was never cleaned. The first night there we had to ask for extra towels, there were only 3 large and 2 washcloths. Keep in mind we had 3 people staying in the room. There were long black hairs in the very first towel that I was going to use and also in the shower. Disgusting. We had to ask for more towels every night.
We never received new plastic cups after the first night.
We checked out at 5:30am on the day we were leaving. The office was closed. You are not given any information that you will have to go the window around the corner of the motel. Luckily, an office lady saw me and told me to come around to the window. She was very rude and acted irritated that I had to check out. She also didn't want to give me a receipt when I asked for one. I finally did receive a receipt after asking twice.
The reason this gets 2 stars is because it was very close to many restaurants and fast food and right off the main highway through Riverside.

No matter where I travel to in America. I always stay at Motel 6. Prices are always just right and property is always clean, and staff is always nice and friendly. that matters to me. Although, this time Price was perfect, property / room was clean as always but the staff needs a lot more training in customer service. 5 people walked in the lobby, one lady helping someone other lady sitting n a tall chair shaking her leg humming some song like she was in some trans. Then suddenly she goes, are you guy together I said no. She Ordered like a sergeant, instead of requesting, "YOUR ID" I complied. hold my ID in her left hand, she got off the chair grabbed her purse from the floor put it on the table behind her next to the copier and slowly started searching for a chewing gum. She found some. Put the purse down. Held chewing gum stick in her right hand and my ID in left, started doing something on the tablet and mumbling how slow the machine was. After all dome, she ask me to sign on the tablet. I paid cash, She gave wrong change $5 short, I gave a her a look, she got nervous and corrected the change. She folded bunch of papers and handed me with the key card. And not say a word. We arrived at the room clearly across the other side of the property on the second floor with out hand filled with our stuff to,learn she did not program the key correctly. When I call the front office she answered the hung up. I sent my son to go get it fixed. Next morning we woke, shower was hot we loved it. Got ready and came to car found a parking violation from the Motel 6 saying if I am visiting a guest their, the guest must come to office and pay for parking permit for my vehicle. I PAID FOR A ROOM for TWO adults and paid $21 extra per night for 2 nights. Not to mention we registered the license plate number at the time of the checking in and the lady who checked us in NEVER mentioned I need a permit to display on my vehicle's Dash. At the time of the check out, I requested a duplicate receipt showing I paid cash to a younger cashier, while she was printing out the receipt an old hillbilly like dressed much older heavy set lady interrupted and said this is the way our receipts are we can change how the come out, and and kept her tone of voice at an obvious argumentative annoyed level. The receipt printed, it showed paid cash. I turned in my key and left. Yes I will be back at a Motel 6 again soon. I feels like home, and I have no where else to go. Thank you

For the people reading this be aware. Management has a poor customer service attitude. Manager was running the pressure washer while I just got back from a long days work. Manager was vary rude, stated what am I going to do about it. Pressure machine was at the front of the room upstairs. We had asked him why and how long you're going to run the machine. His replay just to bring up. "What are you going to do about it? It's day time" really? Just screw the customer trying to sleep. On top of this I have spent my good earn money for the pass weeks staying here at Motel 6. Found each room with flaws, rouches, flees, and plumbing fixtures not working. So if any complains, you'll be banded from renting a room even when the manager is wrong.

I don't recommend spending your hard earned money just to stay there.

BEWARE PEOPLE BOYCOTT THIS PLACE AND FILE YOUR COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. .

Arrived at locations, check in was around 5 minutes. I was given room 211. I attempted to open the room with my wife and kids in a hot day Someone else was inside. It was occupied . The wrong room was given to me. It should have been room 111. Terrible experience from the start. Unprofessional demeaner when explaining the front desk on their mistake.

There were guys running prostitution upstairs and on the corner nearby. I heard a women being beaten in the room above me and they knocked on our door multiple times looking for my wife. We didn't even use the night we paid for because we were afraid to stay there.

We were here for vacation for 7 days. We have seen for police visits in 7 days to arrests on property. We have seen no less than five homeless people hanging around the property until asked to leave. Your security guard at night maybe feel a little safer but this is a bad area. I don't know what kind of screening you do for customer but it needs to be upgraded. The room above us was no doubt selling drugs all night long on Friday and Saturday when we stayed here. A boy would show up on a bicycle be handed a package and right away only to return shortly to get another one from the person in the room. I was raised in the ghetto and and very familiar with the ways of mistreat life and the ways of the street. Your workers were very friendly except for one who works the counter I will have to get back to you on her name. My car was not vandalized but had three teenagers leaning up against it when evening just hanging out I asked them to leave my car alone and they left the property. I had all 7 of my children with me aging through 5 years old 25 because this was a get-together that we haven't been able to do for 7 years. I don't know if I would stay here again only because I don't feel safe you need to do more to make people feel safe to come and stay here. One time I got up to find someone's clothes and belongings on the sidewalk that were put out of the hotel by the police they set their for a day before they were gone. This is not attract customers nor was it making me feel very comfortable.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. A/C is at foot of bed- kept on low all night and quiet enough to sleep through ( like white noise). Unfortunately if someone smokes outside your room, the smell is drawn into your room. Exterior of motel had litter scattered everywhere. Check in clerks were polite and friendly.

Great location right off the freeway. Room was modern, but could have been cleaner. The keycard didn't want to work in the door, so we had to get it replaced once, and it still didn't want to work. The price seemed a bit high, but maybe I'm used to Vegas rates.

Room very clean, bedding great, mattress very uncomfortable. Being a handicap had trouble getting into and out of tub shower. No coffee maker in room, upstairs room very noisy when individuals walk. Furnace very noisy, woke me up time it started up. Also you can see day light through door edge.
