Room was decent, bed was nice. The floor was quite disgusting. The price was good tho. The view was sad, being from Montana, looking at another building 2 feet away was depressing.
Great place to spend sometime. Rooms might be a bit small but I wasn't spending all my time in the room anyway I was at an event
Excellent service and definitely worth the price. The place was much nicer than expected given the area and staff were all friendly.
Cheap but ghetto area. Nice inside, stayed 3 nights. All three times our blankets weren't in our room.
First motel I every been to that was 100%smoke free. Which was great being pregnant and have Lil children. The Rooms are nice size and clean and modern
Staying at this "hotel" was a very horrific experience. This place is filthy. I would have left immediately if I could have gotten a refund. The carpet in my room was severely stained. It also had what appeared to be gum embedded in it. I didnt take my sandals off the entire time I was there. The curtains were also stained. The bathroom of my room was also not clean. There was hair in the shower. Several different bugs were crawling around in there. Since I was too tired to make the three hour drive home and the bed appeared to be clean I went to sleep but I woke up several hours later itching. The one word I would use to sum up the All Star is disgusting! I do not have an issue with the outdated decor but not being updated is not an excuse to not clean. The only positive factor was the staff. Both staff members I met were pleasant. I thought I found a discount hotel to spend a night at but it's not a discount because I had to spend extra money being deloused. The conditions here are unacceptable. I would not recommend that anyone stay here.
You can't get in the front door without a key. The reception desk is enclosed with bulletproof glass. The room has dirty carpet. There is no clock in the room The room was not serviced while I was out. I was required to leave a $40 cash deposit. There are no hangers for my clothes. There is no food at the hotel. There is free WiFi and the air conditioner works well. The room is small but adequate.
This place was great until they gave someone the key to our room and they busted in on my boyfriend about to take a shower. Front desk lied said they didn't know who the lady was. Come to find out she worked for a program that comes and checks in on people that they vouch for hotel rooms for. She was very rude and hotel management never reached out to us.
Outside it said as low as 59 and it came out to 78 , an Indian guy behind the counter was rude and couldn't stop saying no smoking or I will charge you $40 more on your card he said it more then 10 times . When I finally got my room it looked clean but the chair that was in there had some weird stains and crumbs on it. The tv sucked alot of the channels didn't work. I kept waking up because people were slamming doors and being loud. The people in the next room turned on the shower and it was every loud. This place it not worth it
Spotlessly clean. Microwave available for hot coffee or Frozen reheats. A good place for professionals to stay when they come in town to work sleep go home.
It was your typical overnight stay. A little small, but warm hear on a cold night. Nice sized bathroom, and vanity. Didn't ask about breakfast Don't think there was one. But it was good for the nights stay
THEY STEAL FROM YOU WHEN YOUR GONE!!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! WARNING!!!!
I stayed at this hotel over a weekend while attending a concert at the NOS center. While gone to my concert someone from the hotel with a key came into my room and stole cash plus some of my prescription. I can confirm this because we setup a water bottle on the floor next to the door and if someone came in that water bottle would be facing a different way, well it was knocked over. Also I know exactly how much cash I took with me on my trip and to the show that night, came back to it all missing.
I spoke with another guest and they said someone tried to come into their room while they were there, they used a key to get in but the latch stopped them.
This hotel is a complete dump. As soon as you walk in you can smell the cat piss and mold. The employees are super rude and don’t care about you at all. There area is straight ghetto and wouldn’t recommended it unless you’re a tweaker. The TV barely worked, stains on the bed and everywhere you look. I found a knife in the room. I freaking knife…..shows how well they clean it….Oh and the only 2 towels you get, expect there to be stains on them and the sheets on your bed. Also no room service during your stay.
I will be filing a police report on the overnight employee that was responsible while I was gone. It was either him or he knows exactly who has the key and turns his head the other way. And of course you call the hotel and they say, oh well there was a sign up that says they are not responsible. Some customer service there.
Bring some bug spray if you stay there, you will need it. Not only for the bugs but the employees too.
You pay for what you get! Rooms smell musty, ants appeared out of nowhere even when we didn't have food in the room, staff are so so and surrounding area is dodgy. If you stay here do not leave your valuables in the room! We came home early from a festival, got into bed and a couple minutes later someone had used another card key to swipe and get into our room. If it were not for us putting the hatch on and being back in our room early who knows what would've happened or what would've been taken! Seems quite suspicious for some random wandering outside person to have access to the rooms?? Mentioned it to security and staff and they put the blame on us for not closing our doors properly. Spoke to another person who stayed in the same hotel and they had stuff stolen from their room the same night. We checked out a day earlier than intended. I would not recommend staying here unless you're desperate!
