I love this place!! My hubby n I have been looking for somewhere to hang out for the longest to make us have that back home feeling!! We are from the Chi so Riverside is our type of spot! music is good, them wings and sauce good and good drinks!! owner is cool. We've always been treated good!! I will definitely be stepping in there for my Bday the weekend of the 10th

The owner is not concerned with customer satisfaction. She argued with me over my overcooked fries and basically told me if i got a refund i would have to leave. That's sad because I am a 20 yr experienced cook and would never treat a paying customer that way. Especially over burnt French fries. Bad place of business. I wish i didn't have to put one star on this. I was only given the option of the burnt fries or if I did get a refund I would have to leave. Don't lie about the poor customer service!

Owner is a level 5 scam artist, and likes to accuse people of solictating sex to her customers.lol owner has no respect towards her customers, or staff. She is very rude, and unprofessional. She even tried to charge people for water. I was 7 months pregnant with triplets, and got stuck down the road. After I walked into what I thought was a decent bar, and friends bar I was told I couldn't use the phone to make a free local call to catch a ride due to her managers rules, and regulations. I paid .75 cents to make a FREE LOCAL CALL!!! I had no choice it was either pay, or go into labor walking 5 miles home. I will never recommend this bar to any friend, or family member. The owner is completely out of control, and has no remorse for anyone. She makes up stories, and tries to destroy peoples reputations to make her self feel better about her being a selfish low life scam artist that likes to take advantage of people , and their money. I advise all to not step foot on this bar, and goto Smith's Downtown Bar, Nd GrillRyan will always stay true to his customers, and not cause drama for no reason at all. Pry why he got out of partnership with Amy as soon as he could..and has created a much bettter bar than Amy could even imagineI wouldn't even give this place one star but have to just to get this review to post so this place can consider themselves lucky they got at least that out of me because I would put them in the negative Stars if it was possible

Place has decent music but the overall vibe of the staff is terrible. This is your basic small bar, bad service. TAKE CASH! $20 MINIMUM CHARGE ON CARDS

Love this place. This has been my home away from home. People fail to understand, this is a business. Rules are in place to preserve a opportunity for people to have somewhere to go to have a great time. Music is live, atmosphere is outstanding. Have to come check it out. And the wings?!? BEST wings in town!!!!

Beware if you using a credit card here because they will rob. I had an open tab and they added other drinks i did not order and even told me that i had bought drinks that i don't even drink and then forced me to sign. Owner is by far rude and staff get it from her. Run from here don't walk RUN RUN. Bad from the top to bottom. Disgusting service and personality

2 pool tables, 4 dart boards, & a touch tunes jukebox. VIP Lounge area surrounded by a 100 gallon fish tank. Riverside is a Bar during weekdays & a nightclub on weekends & Holidays. Daily food & drink specials are awesome.

Too bad I can't give it 0 Stars. Owner is rude, Doesn't pay the bands, and cussed at paying customers. Any place that has a medal detector wand at the door, is suspicious to me. Go to Smokestack Brew Next door, or the Phoenix down the street, Better Bars, Better Prices, Better Service, and ETHICAL owners.
