Great restaurant with very attentive service. Delicious food with ample drinks selection. The hake and trout dishes are worth trying.
While visiting Park City with friends, they made reservations here because we all love a good steak and they'd dined there before. Riverhorse on Main went above and beyond our expectations. The steak was out of this world, spinach and mass potatoes excellent, and the service from hostess Claire was the best!!! The live music was great. The owner stopped by to check on us and added the finishing touch to an unforgettable experience!! I'm longing for their food and hospitality right now A big thank you from us to everyone at Riverhorse on Main!!
Not only does Riverhorse have the best dinner menu they bring back their delicious culinary skills for brunch! I recommend this to all of my friends and family visiting. The atmosphere alone is worth the price of admission.
Best in P.C. Went here for our anniversary. I got the New York steak medium, it was amazing. Thick cut, slightly charred on the outside, pink to light red inside, and so much flavor. My wife had the beef fillet, also incredible. Great attentive, friendly service. Our server was constantly in the background filling drinks and removing plates and barely even being noticed, but he still was there instantly for any requests. One of, if not the best in Utah.
I think if my wife had gotten something other than the pork chop tomahawk, I'd give them a 5 star review. Her pork was a little dry. However!! My wild game trio was incredible and there was plenty to share with my wife, so the dinner was saved by delicious Buffalo, venison and elk. Highly recommend.
We went here on our honeymoon. I got the tofu and my wife got the rainbow trout. It was heavenly. We ate there around 8:15, with a reservation. Got our seat quickly. The waitress was wonderful. It was a bit loud with the amount of people there, but it was very romantic. There was a woman playing live music too. Guitar and vocals. Bread and water was readily refilled. This was some of the best food I've ever had. With appetizer, 2 entrées, dessert and a tip, we ended at about $140. We are not accustomed to such fine dining, of course, but we both felt it was worth the money for sure if you're in town on and special occasion.
Brunch with the parents. I didn't know what to expect but it was fantastic. Brisket grilled cheese and three cheese macaroni and cheese: absolutely fantastic. Live music was great without being overpowering. Could not have been happier.
One of the nicest restaurants on main street! I have never heard of anyone being unhappy after dining here. Great space for corporate events or romantic dinner for just two. You won't regret Riverhorse on Main! Additionally there are new store Riverhorse Provisions at the top of Main Street is equally as amazing.
Fantastic food for a price that you could expect of an upscale establishment. I had the surf and turf, my wife had the braised buffalo short ribs, and both of us were blown away by the flavor and quality of the ingredients. The service we recieved went above and beyond all expectations, being friendly, and extremely helpful. It's unfortunate that some people -HAVE- to find something to complain about, but I suppose you can't please everyone. We will definitely be returning.
We loved our experience tonight at Riverhorse. We celebrated our anniversary as well as our birthdays and our server was so kind to remember and pay interest in our lives. The food was the best we've ever tried and was definately worth the price. Our server, Luis was knowledgeable about the dishes, quick to refill beverages and so kind as to bring us a complimentary dessert at the end of our meal. The manager checked on us twice and was friendly, and did things like refill our drinks and clear the table. The restrooms were very tidy and clean. We will definately be going back. Only good things to say.
Amazing food, Great atmosphere. They have a nice vegan and gluten free menu as well as an extensive wine selection. Several different rooms to choose from for different ambiances. live music every night during the winter, and a beautiful patio seating overlooking Main Street!
Execution is above average with friendly staff though salt is not consistently applied often being over salted (does the chef smoke?). Menu is tasty though. Main dining room was very warm on a spring day. Wine list below average for the both quality of food the serve and the prices hey charge for bottles (about 4X retail which is outrageous given they don't seem to even have a temp controlled wine cellar the Red the we were served was probably pushing 70-72 degrees F. Nice cocktail list though. A little effort could move this to a 5 star destination. Not wheelchair friendly with two flights of stairs to dining area. Parking a couple blocks away (with hill walking like much of Park City).
My wife and I went to just check this place out. It is on the pricier side but we felt it was worth it. She had a delicious fish dish while I had the Trio. Both were fantastic! The environment was engaging and the live music set the mood. I would say this place is great for any occasion. The desserts were delicious as well. We tried the banana cream pie and the Huckleberry cheesecake. I highly recommend eating here.
Amazing meal. Great atmosphere. One of the most amazing servers I have had in 49 yers. Her name was Nicole. She new the menu, the wine list and presented herself like she was serving royalty. Amazing!!
