I stopped by there store as a last stop just to say we didn't check around before we bought furniture elsewhere. We ended up buying here. The sales person was great. As we walked around she was there but not intruding like a car salesman. We set our furniture to be delivered. When it arrived. The delivery driver noted on piece was broken so he didn't unload it. Within an hour customer service called me letting me know when a replacement would be available. All in all it was a wonderful experience and my wife loves the new furniture. Would definitely recommend them.

Salesperson was very helpful. We went in to buy a sectional, he took us around the entire store to test all of them and gave his advice about the manufacturer and any other information he thought we needed. We were very happy with the selection and the sectional looks great in our great room. The delivery men were courteous and very quick about putting the sectional together and making sure we were happy with the way it was set up.

Mathis Brothers has a fantastic showroom with SO many options. Whether you want designer furniture, or less expensive options, you'll find it all at the store. I am so impressed by the sales staff, cashiers, and designers. They all helped to make furnishing my new home in the desert a truly great experience. Randy Davidson was my sales associate and he kept me up to date on every delivery as they came in, and made sure I got my deliveries expedited. He was so fun to work with, and so professional. I highly recommend him, as well as this amazing store!

Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Katherine Stone who proved to be absolutely wonderful. She caringly listened to what we were looking for and patiently and professionally showed us furniture she thought might interest us. She was knowledgeable about each item she showed us and helped us immensely. We found exactly what we were looking for, and more, with her expertise. Katherine walked with us to the Cashier's counter and introduced us to Pamela who completed the paperwork in a friendly and very courteous manner. The gentlemen who delivered our furniture were also exceptional. Extremely courteous and careful. I regretfully failed to get their names but hopefully by looking at my delivery paperwork they also should be recognized for their impeccable job well done. Our experience at Mathis Brothers Furniture was nothing but outstanding. Product, price, selection and EXCEPTIONAL team members make Mathis Brothers Furniture our ONLY place to shop in the future.

After driving to several Furniture stores Including Costco & other odd places such as Hi End Consignment stores plus getting frustrated, I decided to take a drive to Mathis Bros. as Their Commercials on TV are a constant reminder that You May Be Lucky in finding your Dining Room set, couch etc. Lo & Behold found the Perfect Dining Room table that matched my Decor in Kitchen. However, had to take measurements 1st , So had to go back twice & make final decision. End Results You may ask? PERFECTO! Am Very Happy & Price was Very Reasonable considering.

This was my second purchase from Mathis Brothers since purchasing my home in California and my experience was no different. Once again the salesperson was very helpful and patient while we made our decisions. The delivery team were very considerate in making sure they didn't damage any walls, floors, etc. and they also made sure all of the furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it. They also made sure we were completely happy before they left.

walking through Mathis furniture store is like being at an art exhibit. So many beautiful things to see. We found the sales staff to be genuinely kind and very helpful. Ralph was resouseful and efficient. He made our patio furniture shopping enjoyable; plus we received quality merchandise at a reasonable price. Everything was delivered & set up within a few days. Highly recommend Mathis furniture store!

Shopping at Mathis is a pleasure. Sales people are not pushy and they assist you in seeing everything they have available in the furniture you are seeking. The young man, Anthony Martin, who delivered my furniture had to move a piece to another room. He quickly found the best possible way to get it through the doorway without damaging the frame. He was courteous and very efficient. The sales personI worked with,Lydia was a delight. She was also dry professional and efficient with the paperwork. She was knowledgeable about the product I was purchasing. Will definitely return to Mathis Bros in the future.
