Great experience and the people who work there are wonderful! Especially our guides Even and Sheena (apologies about spelling) they were very dedicated to giving my group an experience, which lead to us seeing multiple manatees and spending quality time with one in specific!

I brought my wife and 4.5 yr old son today to “swim” w/ the manatees. It was INCREDIBLE to say the least. We happened to luck out and have the boat to ourselves, w/ Capt. Evan & Miss Jamie as our guides. We could not have asked for a better crew. Hands down the perfect people for the job. Super knowledgeable, & super respectful of the environment that surrounds these gentle giants. Not to mention super down to earth and comforting for our nervous kid. We had a feeling that our son would be anxious to get into the water, which he was in tears actually, so we didn’t push it w/ him. Miss Jamie suggested we get in the water w/o him, so he could see that all would be ok. We did, and it was! We were in the water for less than 15 min before Capt. Evan had our son wanting to come in! He didn’t leave our sons side the whole time while giving him pep talks about “facing your fears” and “everything being ok”. Needless to say, heartwarming & impressive. We got him in the water and that was it, he loved it! While in the water Miss Jamie guided us towards the best spot to have an encounter w/ the manatees. They were intimidating at 1st, these boulder looking masses underneath you, but man were they sweet & curious. We had a juvenile playing w/ us for the longest time doing barrel rolls and just being her gentle self. Amazing. There came a point where my son wanted back on the boat, but it was difficult to swim back to it w/ my son sitting on me.. no problem there!! Miss Jamie said, “Grab my foot. I’ll swim u guys back.” Just an example of how above and beyond the are willing to go. Follow the very simple rules and the experience cannot be beat! Bucket list type of stuff! I definitely would do this again @ the same location & hopefully w/ the same staff. Even the front desk, & kitchen staff were helpful and pleasant. 5 star rating w/o hesitation. Thank you to everyone @ River Safari for making it an experience we will never forget.

Beautiful perfect day for our cruise from the marina out to the Gulf.
We took a great solid pontoon boat with a great knowledgeable guide.
Captain Jeff Beeler provided lots of valuable information.
I highly recommend him and the experience he provides

We chartered a boat last Monday and we were lucky to have Casey and Scott as our captain and crew. They knew exactly where to go to make the scalloping quick and easy and fun. They were so entertaining and knowledgeable that even the novices among us felt safe in the water. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have a great time on the water. We are already planning our trip for next scallop season! Thanks again Casey and Scott!!

Great time scalloping with friends today. Had a great captain that tried a couple spots before putting us on the scallops. We got our limit within a couple hours and we were glad to go on a weekday! It was easy to book this trip and find the location early this morning. Will definitely be back with family and friends!

Big THANK YOU to Brandie for making our trip the best ever. We have used your company before and always had great results in renting the pontoon boats with one exception. When I said something, Brandie started emailing me and turned the one bad experience into a wonderful adventure. We went out with our Captain, Casey and our Guide, Lindsey for a scalloping trip we will never forget. They were so welcoming and made us feel special the whole time we were on the boat. We had beautiful weather and got our limit of scallops within two hours in the water. We left the Gulf and proceeded to the Springs. All in all they sold us on the guided tours and we are looking forward to our next adventure. Thank you again, Brandie, Casey and Lindsey.

I am a Floridian and we used to go out scalloping for years on our own boat as a kid. We do not have a boat now and thought it would be fun to try this Charter out. Let me tell you, the entire trip was FANTASTIC! The staff at River Safaris were great and made this experience very enjoyable. Our boat Captain, Evan, was so very knowledgeable and friendly. He made this adventure one to remember. He first brought us to an area he knew had plenty of scallops and we were finding them easy enough. After awhile, he brought us to another location he thought would be even better. If you are just visiting Florida and trying this for the first time, or EVEN if you are a seasoned snorkeler and have scalloped before, I highly recommend this place. And ask for Evan, he's GREAT!!!!!

Took my kids here when they visited. They enjoyed the airboat ride a lot! Very nice, accommodating people, including the gal in the office/gift shop. Friendly and kind.

Went on a gulf airboat ride. Saw dolphins. BEAUTIFUL. Bruce was an amazing tour guide! Would recommend to everyone!

Awesome experience all around! Great staff, fit us in when I called the morning of the excursion. Guide and captain were great as well. Nice small group of 6 and got right up close to the Manatees! Awesome photos taken by the guide as well, and they don't charge an arm and a leg for them like most places!

Amazing air boat ride! Truth be told for whatever reason I have always been nervous about air boats. But I was not nervous at all taking this ride! Capt. Bob was great. And beautiful scenery! He took us to the St. Martins Keys where there were tons of birds floating like kites in the sky. Capt. Bob also filled us in on history of the area, which I always love. We had a great time!
