Went here several years back and will NEVER go again! Made an appointment to have my Rottweiler spayed (because it was cheaper than my regular vet) and I honestly should have just walked right back out the door. Walked in with my dog and of course (new surroundings) she was scared. The vet tech there immediately wanted me to place a muzzle on my dog (my dog has NEVER needed a muzzle in our regular vets office.) Once I got the muzzle on my dog,she was lead into the back room. Few hours later they called me "She's ready to go home". Once I made it there,they lead her back out to me. She was groggy (was able to walk out) but they told me "Oh,she'll be fine in a little while". Paid my bill and headed home to let my girl rest. Got home and everything seemed fine,but it wasn't. That next morning she still couldn't get up off the floor,so I ended up taking her to my regular vet. Thankfully my dog made a full recovery,but I will never come back here.

This is a wonderful service for our fur babies. The staff are so caring. The prices make it economical to spay or neuter our pets. Have told many people about this place for their fur babies.

Very friendly staff, explained everything we needed to know.
The check in wait was about 15 minutes, not unreasonable at all.
No problems and no issues there at all. Can't understand the negative reviews I've read on Google, but I'd highly recommend this place.
Or go see your vet and be prepared to pay twice as much as PetLuv charges.response / report this review -

My family has had several cats spayed/neutered here over the years. The staff is friendly, helpful, and certainly seems to care for the animals. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend using them. They also offer great prices for other services.

I love this place. I have never had any problems with the staff or service I have received there. I have taken my dog there for shots and surgery. Very good prices also.

I've had 4 cats spayed or neutered here. I was very satisfied with the care my cats received. But the last visit was so over booked it took 45 minutes to check in when I dropped off my cat.

Low cost vaccinations and spaying and neutering for your pets. They also have a wide assortment of flea and heartworm medications for a reasonable price. Very friendly and caring staff.

I have been using them for over 15 yrs. My pets always get the best care here. Staff is professional and courteous. I highly recommend this place! Also the shots are a third of what you would pay a a regular veterinarian office.

The waiting times were great all around, and the nurses and staff were really nice and made the whole process clear and easy to follow, as well as simple and easy all around. I would definitely recommend taking your pet her due to the prices and easiness of going here.

While I definitely appreciate them offering low cost spay/neutering, I would advise not bringing your cat here for vaccines if s/he is scared around dogs or strangers. When I arrived with my cat you check in, the waiting area was filled with dogs, one of which kept barking and trying to get close to my cat's carrier, which I'm sure made my already scared cat even more fearful. When she was finally taken back for shots, a staffer came out to the waiting room to tell me (in front of everyone else in the waiting room to hear, of course. What's privacy, right?) that my cat is no longer welcome there for vaccines because it took four people to restrain her for her shots. They clearly don't have the ability to exude patience and care for a scared animal - I think they're just so busy that they don't have the time to focus on gentler approaches.

I can only say that everyone was fantastic at this facility. Our 15 year old Labrador Maggie went to be spayed and we were treated well. Maggie looks fantastic this morning and is well on the way too recovery. Highly recommend this non for profit business.
