  Keith by all means deserves a 5 star review and many more stars for outstanding people skills. Knowledge beyond of the actual products that Dr Snooze carries in and out of the store.
  Every bit of the training and knowledge that Keith gives/shows to his individual customers is Outstanding.
  Keith is very respectful a Delightful person and such a Outstanding Sales Person way beyond what others would do or say in this type of business.
  I find Keith to be mild manner very neat in appearance as well as well spoken. Such an asset to the company.
  We spoke with Keith via the phone and he took the time to answer our questions and concerns prior to me coming into the show room.
  Should there be a opportunity for Keith to have his own show room I would highly recommend the company to consider doing so.
  He deserves a raise and so many more benefits. Keith is actually Territory Mgr Material.

  Keith was my sales person and I would recommend him to everyone. He takes each customers concerns and situation personally, and will do over and above to meet that persons needs. The mattresses were delivered on time and with great care. I shopped several other mattress stores and was not offered the same expert advise and friendly service provided by Keith. Kudos to Keith!

  Ann and I got a good value at Dr Snooze. Keith and Rebecca were very helpful. Rebecca phoned and said we could have delivery two days earlier than promised if convenient. The delivery men were careful, did an excellent installation and removed the old mattress set. Ann picked a Simmons Beautyrest Silver set. This was at Dr Snooze 2, which is just west of the new Walmart Neighborhood Market near the Ocala On
  Top Of The World. The store has a wide selection of brands ranging from economy to premium. We were pleased with their service.

  I had my serta bed for 6 months, It is very comfortable and I get a good night's sleep. I have always bought this brand and it feels great! A good value for the money.

  We got a great bed, and the price was worth the drive from The Villages. Delivery was on time, nice guys. Would recommend.

  Be careful! I hope this information will help you avoid a TERRIBLE AND EXPENSIVE MISTAKE.
  They will screw you without conscious. Paid a large down payment, they refused to deliver the bed and placed a restocking fee on my account more than the initial $300 down payment.
  DO NOT PAY THEM WITHOUT PAPERWORK.
  THEN READ AND REREAD THE FINE PRINT.
  They do not have your best interest in mind, only money. And will take your money without shame, remorse, or integrity.
  I have never been taken advantage of so severely in any business transaction ever.
  AVOID KEITH AND THE FINANCE MANAGER!
  They will lie through their teeth to get any money.
  Please be careful doing business at that store. If your business dealings with them turn out like mine, you will leave feeling betrayed and furious.

  Dr. Snooze offers a wide variety of mattresses at competitive prices. The salespeople are very friendly and helpful.
