Well 1st your website does not have the correct information on prices or passengers for scalloping vs staying in the bay so it's very misleading when your expecting it to be 1 price and you call and its something completely different. Second your boats are pretty shoddy compared to other marinas on the river and very overpriced considering it takes at least 1 and a half hours if not 2 to get to the scalloping grounds with that small motor considering how many people are usually on pontoons and the woman at the counter said it would take about an he which is just not true. Seems like a scam to me considering you charge $5 dollars a minute if your late. We were literally getting passed by everyone even other pontoons with more passengers than us. We also ran into a little bed of coral and it happened to pop the top plastic case of the motor off and it sunk before we could grab it. Then u wanted $400 which I'm sure could have been found a lot cheaper but to expect someone to just have 400 or more in cash on the spot is just ridiculous. You should have a better method for people to be able to pay for mishaps a payment plan of sorts using a checking account or something. I nor any of my group will ever be using your services again.

We have done the manatee tours two years in a a row now. They were both great experiences and Captain Tom was great! He even stayed out with us an extra hour because the manatees were hard to find this time! We were able to swim with one for quite a bit. Will definitely come back in the winter time when there is more manatees.

We booked the swim with manatees tour. Captain Tom and his wife were wonderfull and we found manatees. Besides manatees we got a bonus and saw dolphins chasing and eating fish. What a great trip!!! Next to this, people at captain mike's are very friendly make sure you've a great time!!

They sold us a tour of 3 springs but only brought us to one of the springs that had no clear water, and that spring was only 2 minutes from dock! I could of swam to the place myself that's how close it was. It was supposed to be a 3 hour tour but the guide got out after 2 hours. I feel as though I was not given the advertised trip. When questioned why we only went to one spring the staff was rude and did not give a good reason why we didn't go out to the other locations. I drove to a lookout point of one of the springs they were supposed to bring us to and saw it was clear and had manatees so I called them back with questions again about why we did not go to the additional springs "like advertised" and they hung up on me.
