I had the best car buying experience I've ever had, and it started the second I walked in the door to Rick Keffer. I was greeted by Vince, and offered help, and not in the way that's normal for a dealership, then blitz method isn't a part of the Rick Keffer experience. Instead, you're made to feel comfortable, important and you're never pressured into a vehicle more expensive than you wanted, instead they're very honest and they work to find you the perfect vehicle for your price and needs.

This dealership is absolutely amazing! It took me forever to find the right vehicle, months to be exact, but they took their time with me, was patient and extremely kind! Every time I am there, all the staff genuinely look happy.

Service department was very professional and courteous. Took in my 2016 Dodge for warranty work and had it back in 2 days. They have me a rental free of charge while work was being done. This is only the second dealership I've ever had a positive experience with and I plan on having them do all my maintenance as long as I own my Dodge.

Their service department is always friendly They Know You by name even though they have a bunch of customers when you leave you know that your vehicle is fixed correctly not like the Ford or Chevy place

Great service department. Very thorough and polite. They do not have a wash and vacuum service like my last dealer. Not a negative just an FYI.

Had to give it a Star. But not worthy of that. Had camera go out in June. Dealer did not have part. Took me to call back several times to follow-up. Was sent to Parts, parts finally received it. Could not get James in Service to ever call me back. I had to call several times. Finally got an appointment, two months later, and WOW it's still not fixed. They didn't order all of the parts. This is a Terrible Service Department. Would highly recommend that you find a different service department or purchase a different brand vehicle!

Stopped in for an oil change on husband's diesel truck. Love the trips and errands on vacation! Was a nice and clean place. Very friendly.

The technicians actually sat down and ask me questions to help them understand what my problem was.. I'm talking about the main mechanic.. he made me very comfortable by listening to what I was saying and coming up with a plan Very pleasant experience with everybody

I've been here twice. The first time I paid for a service that I didn't receive (detailing). No problem they said just bring it back and we'll do it next time. When I came back I scheduled a 9am appointment and dropped it off at 8:45am. The service person tells me they aren't busy and will be in touch soon. I asked to have my brakes checked and replaced if needed, oil/filter, tire rotation and a recall addressed along with a diagnostic check. When I hadn't heard from them by 1:30 I called and it was evident they'd forgotten about my Jeep. When I picked it up at 5:30 all they had accomplished was an oil change, diagnostic check and supposedly a tire rotation which I'm questioning. They detailed the outside and vacuumed the inside but didn't bother to even wipe down the dashboard which is covered in pollen and leaves from having the top off. I had a long road trip planned early the next morning which I made them aware of when I dropped it off. The brakes weren't fixed and the recalls (airbag issues) weren't addressed which are a safety issue. The service is so frustrating that I'm considering selling my Jeep just so I don't have to interact with them again. Only reason for two stars is the service person was really nice.

They are honest and friendly. They are not close to me but well worth the ride! I recommend them to everyone!! Larry Starratt is the man.

Awesome dealership! Stacey helped us buy our van and she was able to answer every question about out van. She was the most knowledgeable salesperson I ever had at a dealership. I did get concerned when we left and I saw that they overcharged us for the van (did not use the agreed upon price), so I called and a little over a week later we received a check for the difference. Nice! They were honest and showed great integrity. I would definitely buy from them again.
