The drivers are great, but the office is disgustingly messy and dirty. It takes them forever to pick up at airport, waited 30 minutes or more twice and they do t answer the phone. The other parking buses came 4 times while I waited for my pick up

I can’t even believe I’m giving it ONE star!😡
We paid online for this service, but AFTER we paid, we found out that the lot normally used for cruise ship passengers was closed for repairs. We would not have booked and paid for this service had we known this up front. However, their website indicated NOTHING about this! When my husband called, they assured him that the lot we would use was not far away, and that it would be completely acceptable to us. So my husband dropped me off at the cruise ship area, and drove to the lot, then waited for the shuttle to bring him back to the ship. We had an early arrival appointment so that we would be on the ship early, and could enjoy a nice lunch on board, while looking out over the water. That was far from what happened, though. My husband waited an hour and a half before he finally decided to call an Uber. When he finally arrived, went through the security line, and got to me so that we could check in, we were of the LAST people on the boat!
When we disembarked from our cruise ship 5 days later, the Jetway shuttle was nowhere to be found. When we called, we were told they had “just left” with a load of passengers, and would be back in 10 minutes for us. We sat down with all our luggage in the sweltering heat, and waited. After 10 minutes, we called again, only to be assured that they would be there to pick us up “ASAP”. After waiting 31 minutes, the driver showed up. By this time EVERY SINGLE PERSON was gone from the cruise ship area! All the shuttles, all the cars in the parking lot, all the people waiting for Ubers! We were the only ones left! Even the cruise ship had left!!
All this to save $25 on the parking lot fee at the cruise ship lot. And since we had to pay $12.50 for the Uber, we ended up saving a whopping $12.50 for this whole mess!
NOT WORTH IT!!
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND JETWAY!!

This is a great place to park your car when you fly. Friendly staff and quick shuttle to and from the airport. Have used them more than once.

They say you get what you pay for.. not so much here. The price was better than affordable. The vans weren't the nicest by any means but they got us to our destination safely and in a timely manner. They were also there swiftly after I called to get picked up from the airport. Both drivers to and from were friendly. There was a few dollar charge after returning but can't remember what it was for.. tickets were purchased online and didn't think there would be any other charges. Also, this company is trustworthy. Vehicle was in the same condition as when dropped off which was a plus. Another thing.. I had laid my bookbag down which was equipped with a drone and other accessories.. $1400 worth. Mind you, I received a call stating they had it in their possession. Went to go pick it up to find everything still there. Pleased with the service and honesty; will use again in the future

Worst place ever!! Shady, their "shuttle" is an old rusty van. I called when I arrived at the airport to get picked up and they said they were on their way. I waited thirty minute while calling them wondering where they were. I called five times before they even picked up. Then the guy stated that he didn't know I was waiting and he just now sent the "shuttle". Waited for 50 minutes for them to bring me to my car. Keep in mind they're a five minute drive from the airport! Don't ever use this place! I'd recommend Wally park or USA parking their shuttles were there nonstop and they have nice shuttles.

Terrible ,terrible, terrible service. I wouldn't recommend this service to any. I recently used this shuttle service to get to the Jacksonville Port. First they didn't write down on reservation when we called the day before to be dropped off at the port. Then the driver showed up late knowing we needed to be at the port to check in at a certain time. After finally getting picked up late the driver makes another stop before we actually got dropped off smh. When we called for our return shuttle back to the airport we were told that someone would be there in 30 minutes. After waiting for an 1.5 hours I called backed and they stopped answering phone calls. One of there shuttles showed up and told us that they couldn't take us to the airport and they didn't know Anything about our agreement. Basically didn't care at all that we was stranded and we paid for there services. No other shuttle showed up and we had to pay another shuttle service to take us to the airport. Very unprofessional business and I will never be using them again. They basically ripped us off and gave horrible service. Stay clear of this business.

Don't walk away from Jetway Parking RUN! They left my wife and I stranded at the Jacksonville airport. We had to hire a taxi to take us to the lot. I'm serious folks you've been warned.
