My mom just went in for an oil change and they told her that her tires were dry rotted and hardly any tread, well that's B's just looked at em and there is no dry rotted and the tread is fine I did the old penny test I put a penny in the tread and the tread was about 3/4 the way down his head plenty of tread. SCAMMERS!!!!! DON'T GO HERE

Called to get a price on a full set of tires. They only had 2 in stock but promised to have all 4 for installation. They were very cordial. I had 2 conversations with a representative, changed my schedule to meet the needs of the company to install all 4 tires. She promised they would be ready for my appointment the next morning. The tires were not delivered for the appointment, they didnt know where they were. Lost my morning, cancelled the whole order.

They used to have a good rep. No longer. I was new to the Naples a year ago. I needed an oil change and saw they were running a special. I took the bait. During the oil change I was told that I needed other maintenance that I know was not needed. Curious, I asked them the cost. Over $100 extra. It was the old "sell-up" scam. Avoid.

brought my Honda Pilot in to get the brakes checked. Joe, the manager at the Central location immediately was able to look at the vehicle and diagnose what needed to be done. After new rear pads and rotors, I'm impressed with the work and the professional courtesy.

Worst experience ever! Walked in asking for an oil change. Everyone was chomping on food in the garage was rudley talked to! Consider somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human.

Went in for a simple oil change and all four tires removed from the vehicle. Rick Johnson then tried to up sell me on repairs that were not needed. Bad business practice.
