Great place to leave your fur baby. When we bring our baby girl, she gets so excited that she doesn't even look back! We know she's well taken care of, has fun and is exhausted when she comes home.

I dropped my little cutie off for her evaluation and was so impressed. She misbehave when brushed, but Camp Bow Wow took the time to try brushing her and she did great! They called me at noon to give me an awesome update. With twin baby girls in the NICU downtown, it was so nice to get an update on my pet that was just like what a nurse would give on our baby girls. Great place to give peace of mind.

Having now been exposed to the “evaluation” process, I believe it’s the best option when boarding a dog. Making sure they’re a fit together will give us greater peace of mind when we go on vacation.

I love Camp Bow Wow and so does my German shepherd Baer! He has so much fun, I never feel bad when I have to board him there! The staff are always friendly and always immediately recognize and call Baer by name the moment we walk through the door. I can tell they really care about the dogs and he is always in good hands. I also love that you can watch the dogs play via video on the app and the grooming services they provide are conventions and great as well! Highly recommend you bring your pups to Camp Bow Wow!

I have boarded my dogs at Camp Bow Wow when I had to go out of town and this place is great. My dogs are well taken care of and there are plenty of options for you to choose from for your budget. The first time I used a suite with a webcam because I was going to be gone for over a week and it was wonderful. The second time I was only out of town for a couple of nights so I chose a large cabin for my two dogs. The website is easy to navigate to watch your sweet dogs on while you're away so you don't have to worry about what they are doing. The staff is super friendly and love your dogs like they were their own. They even give them extra snuggles and attention if you know your dog will need it. I would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for boarding your dogs while you are away.

Our dog loves this place and is excited every time we drop her off. They offer daycare and boarding, as well as extra services like bathing and one on one playtime/meals with a staff member (normally the dogs have supervised play together). They have dog food available or you can bring your own. We've also had to extend a stay a couple times or picked our dog up late and they're pretty flexible as long as they have room (that said if you're looking for holiday boarding make a reservation).

When I pick my dog up she appears happy, well cared for and worn out from a day full of play. All of the staff makes an effort to know every dogs name and make you feel comfortable leaving your dog in their hands for the day. And lastly I really like that I get detailed updates about how my puppy is doing at daycare when I pick her up.

Like Disneyland for dogs! Had it not been for Camp Bow Wow, I wouldn't have been able to keep the puppy that showed up on my doorstep unexpectedly one day. This place is amazing. Staff are top notch!!

Camp Bow Wow has been a God-send for my rambunctious, almost one year old golden retriever. He loves it there so much that when I drop him off, he basically jumps into the arms of whichever lovely girl is working at the front desk and doesn't even look back to see his mom who works so hard to feed, shelter, and care for him. ;)

On a serious note though, this facility is top-notch. I am impressed by their organization skills (they keep track of A LOT of different things), their commitment to keeping all of the dogs safe, and how much each individual who works there enjoys and loves their job and the dogs that people entrust to them.

My personal favorite thing about Camp Bow Wow NW San Antonio (and my dog's favorite too) are the people that work there. Everyone that I've ever interacted with is truly lovely, so professional on the phone, and just exudes a happiness and lightness that is underrated in our fast-paced world. Even if I'm rushing to work and late in the morning or exhausted after a long day at work, the 5 minutes that I spend visiting with those lovely girls is such a highlight of my day. That's how I know my dog loves spending time there with not only the other dogs, but the people caring for him.
