Best library in the area amazing children's section, lots of great books. Each section shows the ideals of the age group targeted. Local history room is beautiful. Great talks and programs

It is a very good place for children. If you live in Kent you have to take your children and go there.There is a lot of friends,toys,and amazing activities.My son wants to go there everyday.I thank everyone who works in this library

One of the best libraries I have been too. You can literally spend all day there and it's hard to leave once you find a cozy space to read or do some type of work. Everyone is soo friendly there and you instantly feel a warm sensation when you walk in. Love how close it is in Kent and the hours are really convenient.

I frequent a lot of libraries and this one had the very best DVD collection in my area. There are usually several copies available of the new releases and an impressive range both of foreign movies and tv series. They have an extensive periodical collection too. The Children's room is also amazing - big and bright. Lots of new books on display and the librarians upstairs always greet you when you come in.

A modern library that really proves how pivotal libraries are for a community. There are activities for all ages and media that goes beyond just books. There is a children's section that playful and interactive. One of the best libraries I've visited.

I love this library, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and there are tons of activities for adults and children. My only concern is that there is there is a HUGE staircase (two flights) like 3 feet outside the children's room. The children's room has no door so if you have young children you can't take your eyes off them for even a second. I turned to help my 7 year old log onto the computer and my two year old ran out the room and was inches from tumbling down the thirty or so stairs before I caught her. Otherwise it's a very beautiful library and a great asset to Kent, Ohio!
