After doing some work on my car myself it needed to have a profile relearn performed. Dave has the exact same diagnostics equipment that the dealership uses (Ford IDS) and was able to perform the procedure for a lot less than the dealer would. He's honest, straight to the point with no fluff. I'll definitely use Richlen Garage in the future.

I've been taking my car to Dave and Glen at Richlen Garage for a many years and have never been disappointed in the service or price. In fact, at 100,000 miles, I took my car into the dealership and they wanted to 'update' everything for a hefty fee. I was sick over how much it would cost, so I brought my SUV into Dave's shop and he honestly told me what was necessary vs. what was completely unnecessary. He ended up saving me nearly 50%! It's so hard to know who you can trust, but without a doubt, you won't get taken for a ride at Richlen Garage. Also - make sure you are at the right locationDave and Glen are on the south side of Lincoln Ave.

I took my car to Richlen garage and was floored by how great the customer service was and how amazing the service was. I thought it was super fair and honest -when you feel like you can trust someone with your car repair then you know that's where you keep going back to!

I take all of my vehicles to Richlen garage, I always get awesome service and the jobs are done quickly. The techs are great and are very thorough. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for auto repair and service.

Outstanding service every time I go here. I've had multiple cars repaired here and every time I get a detailed description of the issue in terms I can understand, and I have my car back and running in no time. Will always come back here if I can.

I have been using Richlen now for several years and am always very impressed with their service. Customer service is great there. I know when I take my car in to them I will get it back with confidence knowing they did a great job! Dave Richlen really knows his stuff and would recommend them to all my friends and family!

I went in hoping for the honest and fair price. Dave went above and beyond helping me out. He was patient and collective in all the information about transmissions. I learned a lot from Dave, about my car and definitely will be taking my car back if anything ever happens.

Last year I was on the hunt to find a reliable auto repair shop in my neighborhood. I found them via google and are so glad I did! Dave and his dad are awesome! They are a family business with great values, super honest and more than fair, and they know cars! My Subaru had leaky gaskets including the head gasket, which required the engine to be taken apart aka more expensive. Other shops quoted me $2600+ , Dave did it for $1900. Highly recommended!
