I have been using Richardson's for years now and always get professional and excellent service. They can get busy sometimes, but that is a good sign to me! BJ has come out several times and remembers my name and is super careful to clean up after the job so you can't even tell they had been there except for the new glass of course!

Keep up the good work. Love to support a local family business that cares.

This place sucks! Ordered window 3 weeks ago, they had to come to our residence to measure, they said it would take 10 days to two weeks. Called them today, talked to a cutesy, nasty, rude person, who informed me that they received it last Friday and that they would be calling me this week to set up a scheduling installation time. A week goes by and nobody calls and nothing happens, we call them AGAIN and now they inform us the the piece "has not been ordered" . Stay away from these people as they are not professional.
Surprised they can stay in business with that kind of service and bad attitude.

A dump truck was driving the opposite direction and flung a large stone at my windshield cracking it. They did a great job with my car. I scheduled the appointment, they did the work, they gave me instructions afterward and I was on my way!

Cheapest rates in town. I called everywhere and they were nearly half the price of competitors. They had me scheduled and auto window fixed the next day.
