Very rude workers, out dated. Water in bathrooms work sometimes. Front desk lady doesn't know how to be professional. No one never answers the phone you have to walk to the office every time you have a problem. This will be the last time I stay here. If this was the last hotel in Crewe available I would definitely sleep in my car. If I could give them no stars I would

A gem of a place. If you pass this place up for quality in up the road, you lost out. This is not a motel. It is a hotel with good upgrades.

The Rich Inn Hotels, is not your "standard" hotel. It's a little community unto itself with a great pool area where I relaxed during my stay. That night I went to the hotel's restaurant, The Boxcar. Wow!!!! I was not expecting what I found. It was very upscale, great food, they even have a chef, and friendly service. After dinner, I saddled up to the bar for a few cocktails, before returning to my clean, comfy room! Thanks Rich Inn!!! I will be back.

Debbie the host was great, the upgraded rooms are more but well worth the cost. Family came to town and Mom had been staying, but me and sis were expecting a dump, great surprise. Bed was comfy. Only suggestion is they can add a frig and microwave.
