Bed covered in someone else’s hair upon arrival. Bed did not seem like it has been cleaned or the blanket and sheets washed at all. Why would anyone want to sleep here?

Room was not clean. Linens were questionable. Refrigerator and sink smelled. Noisy. Friendly front desk team. Ok for a night but would not want it long term.

Checked in early Saturday morning at 5am. I was told by receptionist that Friday's payment for room would be refunded. It wasn't. The beds are super firm and very uncomfortable. One receptionist could barely understand English. Wish I would have stayed somewhere else. Numerous attempts to resolve the situation with the charge for the night I didn't stay there and was promised a refund for have gone in vain. Do not use extendedstayperks website.

The room itself was fine. Clean, fresh sheets, all that stuff. The hotel actually has two buildings, one with rooms numbered 100-200 and a second one numbered in the 300's. The 300's are close enough to the interstate that you can hear the cars through the door. It's not terribly loud, but will probably cause problems for light sleepers. One thing I forgot to do was to check the provided alarm clock before trusting it. Mine turned out not to work, which I didn't discover until the morning. Lastly, and most irritating to me personally was the free WiFi. While it's literally true that you can use their WiFi without paying, it's intentionally throttled down to speeds around .1-.2 mbps. If you want usable internet you have to pay. Worse, you have to make the selection the first time you log in. If you choose wrong, you have no way to fix it without a complicated procedure most people don't want to do, doubly so at crummy speeds. So why did I rate this four stars if all I have are complaints? The room is like $60. At that price, it's definitely a four star establishment. If you want quiet rooms with high speed internet, go spend four times at a proper hotel, Mr. Moneybags

You get what you pay for. We had two rooms. One had a air conditioner that was spitting water the hole time, the other room smelled like smoke. The people staying under neither us were smoking pot the whole time. Like I said you get what you pay for, I think if they would fix some things they would be better.
If I ever visit again. I don't think I will stay here again.

I came to the hotel after driving 23 hours. I had booked my reservation online in December. Somehow it was not in the system.In the hotel system or booking system I always carry my email receipt.Kenny at the front desk assured me it was nothing to worry about and called Bishal and just like that in 10 minutes I was in my room.This hotel is the best nice staff, nice and safe area around everything"mall shopping stores". I had an excellent stay and will be returning and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Absolutely amazing stay. Clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff.This hotel is situated in a very nice area of Fairfax, close to malls and shops. I would certainly recommend it.

The hotel was everything that we expected. Clean, a little small but not cramped. Our only issue was parking. Each set of rooms only has three spots, so coming in after dark meant that we had to park pretty far from our room and walk up. Other than that, pretty good!

Stayed at this establishment a few times. Very clean however a bit overpriced. Not hard to understand giving the location to Washington DC and all of the surrounding shops & amenities.

I was visiting family there but the room,was really nice, it was in a great location with access to the mall and other places of intrest. I wish I would have chosen to stay there instead of the hotel I stayed in.
