Large comfortable room at a good price for this area. Free breakfast every day and nightly get-togethers with good noshes!

It is a good hotel for staying a long time because it has a full equiped kitchen. I'm happy with Breakfast and Dinner because they are included. The only problems I have found sometimes is that the hot water at night is not warm enough, and I had to have a shower in the morning. Another fantastic advantage is that the hotel provide a Shuttle for customer for 5 miles around. It can take you to the metro station for free!! So, high recommended!!

Booked a two night stay in a 2 bedroom suite. Rooms were clean and appeared mostly well maintained. The only room issue was a broken shower curtain rod in one bathroom. Hotel served a free breakfast every morning and free dinner on weekday nights. Food was okay considering the price. Hotel also provided shuttle services to the closest DC Metro station, shopping and Dulles airport. Overall, an excellent value. Extra props to Aaron who ensured everything was great.

Nice, clean and has a kitchen with a fridge. Great bed. Cleaning service was good. Staff friendly.
Noise from upstairs room came through pretty easily. Air condition device is on/off only and noisy when it turns on.
The incline on the shower floor was incorrect and the water remained after taking a shower. There were no tools to wipe the water to the drain.
Breakfast had no markings for gluten free when applicable.response / report this review -

I really like Hyatt House Herndon. The location is just perfect. It is close to the airport. The shuttle service will pick you up from the airport. The shuttle arrived 10 minutes after I called the hotel. The rooms are clean. It is not a room but feels like a house. It have everything you will need. A furnished kitchen, living room with a sofa bed. The area is quiet. The shuttle will take you the near by malls, stores etc.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Kitchen and 2 bathrooms for each room. Ram who worked the front desk gave excellent customer service and so did Arron . The breakfast was awesome and had great food. I HIGHLY reccomw d this hotel especially if you have a family of 4 or more. You can't beat the rate. One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time.

comfortable rooms with sitting area and full kitchen. There is free breakfast and happy hour until 7pm. Unfortunately, Google Maps leads you on an extra mile before long back to the hotel.

Friendly budget option for anyone who flies in and needs accommodation close to Herndon or Reston.
This is a basics plus place, good parking and a shuttle bus to IAD or local transport hub. There's good food options nearby, and suites have well equipped kitchens. Good wide lifts for anyone with access or mobility issues.response / report this review -

This was our home away from home on the last 4 weeks out of our 7 weeks visit to Reston. It's great for a family of 4. We stayed at their self-contained 2-bedroom apartment/unit with a small lounge room (with a sofa bed) & a kitchenette. There is also a coin-operated guest laundry on the second floor. They offer complimentary hot breakfast daily & also a supper from Monday-Thursday. The staff are super friendly & helpful. The complimentary shuttle van was very handy for me as they drop off and pick up guests anywhere to & from within the 5 mi radius. The kids & I used this service almost daily as we explored the local area (eg library, shopping malls etc.) Can totally recommend Hyatt House in Herndon to families or those who like to have a bit more room than just a small hotel room. will stay there again if we ever get the chance to visit the area again.

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. Hotel van to/from IAD airport.The hotel van will also bring you to the Metro Rail Station which will easily take you to the National Mall, museums, monuments, and all!
Clean, comfortable rooms: full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and more. Easy to connect to the free wifi.
A great complimentary breakfast is offered every day. (made to 'order' omelets also!). A managers reception, offers a complimentary light dinner Monday through Thursday. This hotel is the REAL DEAL. Owner/manager, Mike, certainly knows how to run a hotel! (He hangs around the hotel and chats with the guests.)
I highly recommend the Hyatt House Herndon if you are in the Washington DC area. 5 stars.response / report this review
