After being verbally berated by another local Continental Tire dealer about trying to get my punctured tire fixed under the manufacturer's road hazard warranty, I arrived at D.B. Rice Tire in Hagerstown. Charlie, the manager, was very kind and fixed the tire for free. They were very kind and professional. I will definitely keep Rice Tire of Hagerstown in mind next time I need tires.

The other place lost my business over the phone. Rice said to bring it in and they'd take a look at it, then followed the call up with excellent customer service that earned them (at least) one customer.

Wow. What can I say. I just had 2 steer tires replaced on a Peterbilt. We called there about 4 pm. They close at 5. We arrived at 4:30, they had us out of there by 5:15. Great customer service, clean waiting area, free wifi. The manager was a super nice guy. Some truck places around Hagerstown will rip you off in a heart beat, not this one. I would highly recommend them for any tire work on any vehicle.
