My name is Matthew B. Davis and I am writing this review, concerning the dealership (Hagerstown KIA), and more importantly, my Sales Representative SCOTT MURRAY. To authenticate the review, I decided to write it, while in my new, beautiful KIA OPTIMA (not driving, of course).
My experience with the aforementioned dealership above was, simply OUTSTANDING!!! SCOTT MURRAY was the best sales representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. There was absolutely no pressure what-so-ever. I felt right at home there and everyone was so polite, understanding, and smiles were everywhere. You can truly see that the Hagerstown Kia staff cares about their customers and it is very evident! SCOTT answered all of my questions and made no lofty promises (that are made at other dealerships) and had such a great demeanor. He truly loves his job and I am sincere when I say he is the best Sales Representative I have ever worked with. Additionally, he has an AWESOEME ATTITUDE and treated me with the utmost respect. We visited during a busy Saturday afternoon to test drive a used Certified Honda CR-V. Scott greeted us and had our car ready for a test drive promptly. Before we went anywhere he took the time to make sure we understood the operation of the functions of the CR-V. We returned and decided to purchase the car, so Scott worked with us to get a reasonable trade for our old car. We were put in queue for the finance manager and relaxed and had some snacks and watched the Ohio State game in their customer area.
It was a busy Saturday, but once we signed all the paper work, we were driving away that day with our "new to us" CR-V sooner that expected.

Just purchased my first Kia Soul here yesterday! Experience was awesome. So friendly and their customer service was impeccable. Ryan was a great salesman, answered many questions and did his best to get us the deal we needed. The finance manager got us an amazing deal as well working with a bank, we were astounded. I couldn't be happier and so thankful for them. As we were driving home in my new car my husband and I agreed that we will return here when he needs a new car. Thanks so much! 😊

Great customer service. Great finance department. Very friendly and helpful sales people. No one is pushy and they help you out with exactly what you want. They were able to cut my interest rate on a new car by half and lowered my car payment by $200! Very happy and will definitely return to buy my next vehicle here.

I had such an amazing experience purchasing from Hagerstown Kia. I had the pleasure of working with Thomas who provided me with over the top customer service and made my experience smooth and painless. He was very knowledgeable in the processes and answered all my questions honestly to help me find what was best for me. This was my first purchase from a dealership and I would definitely recommend going to see Thomas and all the staff at Hagerstown Kia!

Just bought my second vehicle from Hagerstown Kia. Their customer service is impeccable, personalized, and always prompt. Such a wonderful experience working with their staff. They are always so patient and that can be a difficult task as I can be very indesicive person! Highly recommend this location! I will continue to purchase all of my vehicles from here!

I had the extreme pleasure of buying my Forte5 from Kevin Young at Hagerstown Kia yesterday. This is my third new Kia from there and I return because I like the product. The service guys JR & Adam are so nice. Kevin, however was top notch! A gentleman, very kind & patient with me and just sincerely wanted me to leave happy. I appreciated that so much. I would recommend dealing with him in a heartbeat! Thank you Kevin! You rock! I almost forgot to mention Brit, the finance guy. Great guy! He was so thorough and made to process simple!

My entire experience at Hagerstown Kia was great from start to finish. I first contacted the dealership by phone and they were friendly and responsive. I was greated at the door by one of the salespeople and introduced to Corey, who was wonderful. I test drove the car that I eventually bought. There was never any pressure to buy, which I appreciated very much. Thanks Corey and also to Rick (?) in Finance!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kia of Hagerstown The process for selling our vehicle was stress free & smooth. Whitney with the Internet department was polite & professional. Jeff "the appraiser" was extremely knowledgable, detailed oriented, & honest. He gave us a fair deal & didn't pressure us in any way. Overall, this was the fastest & most pleasant experience selling a vehicle ever.

I've purchased from Hagerstown Kia previously and was pleased with the customer service then (2012). It pleased me to see that serviced has not diminished.
I was assisted by Scott Murray who, upon learning that the gentleman who helped me previously was still there, sought him out so that I could maintain my purchasing relationship with him. That alone speaks to the integrity of the employees at Hagerstown Kia.
Next, Scott showed me the vehicle I had my mind set on--provided all the information I needed and allowed me to test drive it. However, knowing what I was looking for, he suggested another vehicle that would satisfy my requirements and provide not only value but excitement for same price. I went with the second choice.
Hondas are well known workhorses that maintain resale value. Kia workmanship is much the same (I only made this new purchase after my Kia was totaled--it was a hardcore commuter vehicle clocking approx. 100 miles/day for the last 5 years). I would recommend Hagerstown Kia to ANYONE who asked and refer them directly to Scott Murray (or Mike Dodd who assisted me the first time).response / report this review -

Corey and the Hagerstown Kia staff made the process of buying a car very quick and simple. They even walked me through a major glitch I was having with my insurance and did their best to keep me calm. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend Hagerstown Kia.

I had a great experience at Hagerstown Kia. All the employees are very friendly and provide great customer service. Frankie Baliga, a sales consultant, helped me directly with my purchase. He answered all my questions, gave me a good deal, and made sure the buying process was timely and efficient. Frankie is very nice and professional and I recommend to ask for him when you are looking at and/or buying a car. Additionally, the Service Team is great! Brennan, Dustin, and Dylan detailed my car and did an amazing job. I will be going back there in the future for any services my car might need and to buy another car.
