  Worst dealer I've ever dealt with. Made plans for the three hour trip to pick up a ram sport. Was told excellent condition. About half hour away dealer calls and says they don't even have the title to the vehicle and asks me about if I would drive back to sign papers.. needless to say get there and truck is filled with dents and both driver windows were scratched all along widows.. wasted 8 hrs of my Saturday would never recommend this place.

  I've been dealing with the service department at Thomas' All Things automotive for more than 15 years. Tony heads up a very good staff and they'll bend over backward to get the work done well, and at a reasonable price. They treat your car as they would their own - no corners cut, and no unnecessary upselling. I bought my first vehicle through them a couple years ago and have been very pleased with the quality of the vehicle and the service after the sale. Highly recommended.

  The two star rating was a tough decision. The people at Thomas ATA were very friendly but a lot of things happened to make my car buying experience less than ideal. I had been in email communication with them for weeks and arranged to go test drive a car and buy it. I drove 2 hours to get there and arrived just in time to stop them from giving the keys to someone else for a test drive. Also, I traded in a car that had been valued at $6,000 at two other dealerships, (a manufacturer's dealership and CarMax). Initially Thomas offered $6,000 as well over email but then tried to give me $5,000 at closing time despite documentation from CarMax and a copy of their email to me saying otherwise. I bought the car anyways only to find out that the was a transmission problem whenever the car was in AWD that their inspection had missed. Now, a month later, I am finding out that the direct billing they supposedly set up at the time of purchase never went through and I'm supposed to be writing checks for my car payment. Like I said, they are very nice people but the mistakes and inconveniences have been really frustrating.

  Tony has been really helpful to me in their repair department. I don't even live in the area anymore, but I will drive over an hour one-way to take my car here for work since I trust them to not screw me over and that I will have a good experience.

  I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion with approx. 10k miles on it and it was a great process. Everyone at Thomas was extremely helpful and friendly via phone, text and email. They communicated with me whatever way was most convenient for me at the time. I drove two hours to buy the Fusion and it was worth every mile. They had everything prepared in advance to make it a painless process.

  Bought a Used vehicle here and couldn't be more happy! The price was great and gave me a great price for my trade in. The staff is great and willing to work with you.
